Everyone was very kind and professional, and I appreciate the lengths the employees went to in order to make customers feel safe during the ongoing pandemic.

The eye examination went extremely well. The condition of dry eyes was explained in depth, and the products to be used to ease the condition were clearly identified .I was very satisfied with the experience.

We always have a great experience at the LensCrafters in King of Prussia. Upon entering, you were always greeted with smiles. The staff complies with the requirements due to Covid. Everyone makes you feel at ease and safe. Dr. Kozak is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and thorough. She walks you through the entire exam and is open to any questions or concerns. The staff is always helpful after the exam to make sure your eye needs are met. They also have a good selection of eyewear. I highly recommend this office.

Great experience with my optometrist and staff on my visit. Everyone was super nice and explained my eye and contact bill exam thoroughly. I was even given a $150 rebate for my contacts which I will be delighted to use and receive. Overall this LensCrafters location continues to be top notch.

Went in for my bi-annual checkup. The staff is very friendly, the wait was short, and Dr. Eiss is fantastic. She is very thorough, courteous and professional, and her explanations and recommendations are clear and understandable. Also, the technology is really neat and the images taken of my eyes were interesting to see (and Dr. Eiss was great again in explaining what I was looking at).

Dr. Rebecca Kozak was very professional. She took the time to listen to my eye issues. She explained her findings in understandable terms. She also allowed me to try-out my tentative prescription through a combination of lenses she put into a frame. She even took me into the sales area while wearing the lenses to make sure I experienced the affect of my tentative prescription. Melissa, a sales associate, was very helpful. She performed cost calculations for six possible senerios so I could make an informed purchase within my budget. She was understanding and informative, she did not pressure me in making my decision. My exprience has made LensCrafters in the King of Prussia Plaza the only eye care provider for me.

Dr Kozak was extremely thorough in her examination of my eyes. I appreciated that she took the time to fully explain her diagnosis and my treatment plan.
