I bought a hair system from these guys after suffering from hair loss for a decade. Not only is it great, I go back to get my hair washed and cut with them regularly. Kelly the receptionist is awesome and so is Sandy who looks after me.

Last week I was treated with disrespect and EXTREMELY unprofessionally by this salon. In addition to making me uncomfortable, they humiliated me by refusing to allow me back for future services, because I did not buy the hair system by them previously. The employee (including the owner and her daughter) went as far as giving me a number to a different salon, and telling me to essentially get out and go there. I will never set foot in this business again.
