Loved my experience here! It was very relaxing and Suzy was very attentive to details! My 2nd time coming and they did a wonderful job both times!!

The staff were super friendly and the place was very clean and neat! They followed appropriate covid protocol. I saw that they sanitized each station after each customer and everyone is wearing masks. I really loved that they took time to give me a nice long massages during both manicure and pedicure!

I am a regular at the Tutti King of Prussia location and the service here is AMAZING, I get facials and manicures with Joy every time! The best spa I’ve been to.5 stars!

The first time Ive ever been really disappointed with a nail salon (wish I could get a refund). The attention to detail is not there at all. The gel nail polish was not evenly put on - you can see blemishes in the color. It looks very thick and unnatural and not done to the cuticle like Im used to. Pricey for the lack of quality and attention to details. I will never go back.

A friend and I had a great experience here! We both got the Classic Pedicure, French pedicures. The place is stylish, clean, relaxing - and they play jazz!! I thought it was great. Sure, a little pricey, but it’s in the mall, and they really do take good care of you. I’d go back for a pedicure. I took off a star because I felt the line could have been a bit thicker on my French, but I am picky! They have a lot of speciality pedicures on their menu too - maybe next time!

Besides it being clean. I would not recommend this nail salon. As soon as you walk in, I was rushed and didn’t even get to choose my color. I was raced to a table and forced to use the nail polish that they charge additional 5$ for... wasn’t even the color I wanted but they insisted. Was very rushed and more stressful than anything. Did not enjoy this experience at all, complete rip off.

All the workers are so polite and really care about their costumers. They massage you while you are waiting for your nails to dry. They are always smiling when they talk to their customers. They will try their best to make you as comfortable as possible. They offer various types of hot teas.

Tutti Spa is absolutely wonderful. Even though there was a good amount of people in there, they had me situated quickly and began working right away. They were respectful and so nice. They kept me so occupied that the 30-45 minutes flew by in no time.For those of you that prioritize cleanliness and health, this nail salon is the place for you.First of all, there’s no awful stench of acrylics or even that general polish smell because they have this incredible ventilation system running throughout the entire store (as a matter of fact, they apparently don’t even offer acrylics because of the mall regulations in this section of the mall so whatever these terrible reviews are telling you aren’t true at all because they said they literally can’t perform those types of services??? Maybe they were confusing Tutti for another salon in the mall, I don’t know)But most importantly, they took out NEW files and buffers out of a plastic bag to prep my nails. It’s nice to know that cleanliness is actually important here unlike other locations I’ve been to in the past.If you need a shopping break, stop by Tutti. It’s certainly not the cheapest salon I’ve been to (what are you going to really expect in the high-end section of the mall) but they really earned every penny. I’ll be back here again soon!

I went in as a new customer to get a dipped fill, got done I paid double the amount that I normally pay at any other salon, got home the next morning the topcoat was peeling. Went back they sanded everything down which meant they took the dip as well off and then added a new topcoat. This morning they’re actually chipping off it’s been less than a week. I’m going to go in tomorrow and let them know that I will never come in there again and I will tell everyone how bad they are. I’m so disappointed I paid so much money for nothing.

This salon is not equipped to work with acrylic nails whether removing/replacing b/c they do not have the correct tools to work on acrylic nails and that is what should have been communicated to me as soon as I walked in and told them what I wanted. The nail polish and foils did not remove my nail color so the manicurist proceeded to file the color off my nails which was extremely painful, extremely time consuming, and extremely expensive b/c she charged me a fee for each fingernail in addition to my daughters manicure, foot massage, and my manicure which within a four day period, two of the nails are cracked.

Do NOT under any circumstances come here if youre getting anything with acrylics. they dont even have the basic tools to do acrylic sets. i just got the worst refill of my life for double the price of any other salon in KOP. however, they do have a lot of nice services in the massage/facial area, hence the two stars. if youre looking to come here for a manicure, save your money and do it yourself, itll probably come out looking a lot nicer.

This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to they rushed on my nails and my nails have clumps. They were not filled down properly. Very disappointed the inside is so nice but the work was absolutely horrible. I would never be going back.

This place deserves zero stars. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I went in to simply get dip powder taken off. The lady at the desk said it was a $10 charge. I agreed and sat down. It took 45 min to get dip powder removed from my nails. I’m not sure why because it only takes 5-10 min at other salons. Then when it was time to pay, the lady told me it was $15. She said it was extra to file and buff my nails after the powder came off. She never told me that there was an extra charge while she was filing and buffing. She waited until after the service was done to add it on.Its not this price, it’s the principle. Keep your customers informed and ask before charging. Nevertheless I will no longer be returning to this nail salon.

Very well done gel manicure. Not too expensive

Customer service is good, atmosphere is clean. Recieved a pedi and the job was mediocre at best. For 60.00 I would not visit again. It was not my first time there. Maybe a new tech, I spoke to her about the job and tipped as well still. Will go to the plaza or Plymouth meeting mall for my next pedi. Just my thoughts.

It is really nice from removing gel to coloring with full jell. So kind and nice of all of staffs. I will definitely visit again😀😀

Painful cuticle cutting. Gel polish bubbling after 2 hours. Im going to see if they will rectify the situation to sway this review. This is by far the worst end result for more money than Ive paid for a gel manicure. They do offer a 3 minute shoulder massage which was nice... the only reason they got a 3rd star.

Got a specialty pedicure from menu, one of the best Ive had. Technician did a wonderful job. Ill be back!

I got gel nails done here on September 26th and they’re still intact to this day (November 2nd). This has never happened. So impressed. The venue is gorgeous and the staff is so kind. They played a Netflix show on the big tv screens with subtitles, which was amazing. Loved my whole experience here. Highly recommend!!!

This is the worst salon I’ve been to. I asked for long gel nails and I got the opposite. I asked for coffin shape nails and she gave me a pointy nail. After she shaped the one nail I told her to just make them square. If I can post a picture I would but they were all shaped differently and they looked lumpy. The receptionist/ manager had to come over to try and fix it. They wanted 80 and I told them I’m not paying 80 for that so she gave me a discount which brings it to 60 and I refused to pay that. I wouldn’t recommend them PERIOD

This place is very rude. Yeah okay it’s clean when you walk in but the female at the front desk needs an attitude adjustment. I walked in with husband with every intention to get my nails done but they had some things on their price wall that I found confusing. So of course I asked. She answered my questions only to rudely cut me off and say I needed to make an appointment. Then to look at the reviews, I don’t even wanna come back. They need better management and better employees.

My girlfriend had her nails done there for a wedding. Very happy with the service and loves her nails. Definitely recommend this nail salon.

This salon does not deserve a single star. When you first enter the salon, it looks very nice and clean however, you will receive the worst service !!The woman who did my nails seemed like she knew what she was doing at first, but then ended up burning my fingers. When I told her that I am in pain, she said its no problem, its no problem, beauty is pain.Even-though I was very unhappy with the service I ended up giving her a tip of $5 and she walked away very unhappy, while the woman at the front desk said, you know its suggested to give more, can you please add a few dollars? With the service I received, not only should i have not tipped but I should have demanded to get my money back !Terrible , just terrible !!! I will never ever come back there !My color was off the next day, my nails looked horrible.

Had my first gel manicure at Tutti and they were fantastic! They took their time to make sure my manicure was perfect.

My friend came here (fully covered in her garbs) to get a pedi and mani they spoke to each other not in English and then told her no more appts for the day. She walked away and decided to call in (because she felt something wasn’t right) put that “voice” on and asked if they had any availability. They said yes so now she walks back inside nail salon as she’s on the phone with the same people that told her they were done for the day. Man looked like he saw a ghost . DISGUSTING.

I paid five dollars extra so my nail polish would stay longer- $20.00. I looked at my nails an hour later and I saw there were actual holes. The lady who greeted me was nice and kept trying to get me to use their new punchcard and the place looks really clean but, I agree with the other review, one of the worst manicures...

We just got the cheapest service, the classic pedicure. It included a great foot massage and the ladies were very friendly and polite.

If I could give this nail salon a -100 I would worse service ever the lady that did my nails claimed to have 15 years of experience and that is probably a lie she didn’t know what she was doing at all 15 seconds sounds more accurate I legit made her stop doing my nails doesn’t know how to put acrylics on they were all different sizes not shaped at all like my pinky nail was pointing right clearly didn’t apply the acrylic the right way and when I asked if they had another person that can help me because clearly I didn’t want her doing mines the young lady claimed that she was the only nail technician there ? So I was confused so at the end I asked them to charge me and they said it was ok I left them 20 dollars for wasting my time if I could add a picture I would it was seriously the worst service ever

By far the worse experience Ive had at any place of business, EVER. Horrible customer service. With the exception of the youngest tech there, who realized how bad I was being treated and made up for it with her personality. I was dressed down and stopped in to have a pedicure. They judged me from the door. I was familiar of how expensive things were based on stopping in to ask questions before. So I didnt ask the prices or look at price board. I was told to pick a color. I decided on French but told them I wanted a few of my toe nails extended to make them even. Three people examined my feet. They spoke amongst themselves, not in English.. The oldest woman determined she wouldnt advise it and told me to just wait until my toe nails grow. lol. So they proceeded to tell me French wasnt a good choice because it wouldnt look right with different length toe nails. At this point my head hurts, smh. I explain, thats the reason I want tips added. They beat around the bush to avoid telling me how expensive it would be. One tech finally says, we can do it if thats really what you want BUT it would be $10 per toe nail. She said this as if she was certain this would be a problem for me. So I asked her to just do my pinky.. my tech didnt specialize in silk wrap or adding the tip.. The older woman did. When they didnt just switch, I realized the other woman just didnt want to service me so I just let it go. They basically turned down two upcharges because they felt I couldnt afford this type of service. A white woman walks in for pedicure. Her nail tech (oldest woman) offers her water and several types of tea straight away. I look toward them interested as this is the 1st time Im hearing this offer. So then my nail tech offers me water or anything. I chuckled and said no thanks. Noel was sweet but I think she was just under horrible influence. It gets worse! Long horror story short, I asked what other services were provided.. waxing was one so I asked for brows. this other tech who was rude from the start did my brows. She finished and I still had hairs above my brows and she hadnt even touched the middle. so then she tried to act like she wasnt done. I let her finish & SHE BURNED MY SKIN OFF above my eyebrows. FYI.. Black womens dollar holds the same value as everyone elses. Our work ethic holds value. I shouldnt have felt like my money was refused.. or that they felt I should just leave all together. I spoke to them nicely, asked questions as any paying client would. The responses were given as if I was stupid or ignorant to beauty services. Im a 29yo makeup artist and fashion consultant, lol. Heres the ending. I go to dry my feet and another white woman gets in a chair for a pedicure. Her nail tech hands her a brochure & asks her what kind of pedicure she would like; another simple gesture that wasnt extended to me. Im disgusted and I feel as though the place is beautiful and the prices arent bad at all considering its in a lux expansion & they were GREAT with sanitation. But that staff, with the exception of Noel, does not deserve to be in King of Prussia Mall.. That mall has been an extended community to me for 7+ years. The overall service minus the horrible treatment was mediocre and just BAD. They need to have experienced nail techs from maybe the Germantown area who will really put great work in for those prices. Fin.

Rushed service. They were urging to get me out and put some drying oil on my nails that just smudged them. They charge extra for nicer nail polish. Rip off. Never going back.
