This is the worst pain management ever. When I was back in my home town I saw pain management for children then they transfer me over to an adult management when I turned 18. Both of these places are amazing. I moved here with my husband and I started at this place thinking it was good. All they want to do is procedures and spinal simulators. I was in the hospital for a weekend and my chronic pain flared up so bad I’m now wheelchair bound. I asked if they could help my pain in the mean time and they said they won’t prescribe me anything to help and just to take ibuprofen. I also had two nerve blocks with them and each time something went wrong and they said it wasn’t there fault and that it must have been something I did. After the last procedure my had where the iv was swelled up so bad and I could barley move it. I called them over 6 times and each time they said someone would call me back and nobody did. At my next appointment I tried to tell them and the entire appointment they talked over me and I could barley get a word in. This place is a joke

My doctor is the absolute best, efficient and thorough and attentive, very concerned with resolving my issues. I’m very happy to have her

The worst pain management experience! Even if the MD is good, youd never know it because getting to him is an obstacle course of leaving messages, unreturned phone calls, and front office indifference. The NP I saw wanted to schedule an invasive procedure the first time I met her without really knowing me. Then the barrage of unwanted phone calls for a psych eval for this procedure started. Once I told her I wanted to see the MD and wasnt wanting that procedure, at least just yet, there was ZERO concern for me. I have been absolutely miserable with treatable pain (was well managed in another state) unnecessarily, have missed work as a result, and have been getting depressed because simple and doable requests (a work note and temporary pain meds) were denied. Now Im being referred out. Kind of a slap in the face after I left here only to return for a second chance at help. To anyone with real pain after multiple surgeries... I definitely think you can do better.

They always listen to your issues and are very prompt and professional with offering a solution to help you get back to a better quality of life. Thank yall so much. I am very grateful for all yall do.

I couldnt speak any more highly of Dr. Mehta & Jessica! I have had horrible low back pain for years, that impacted my quality of life almost daily. Jessica really listened and scheduled bilateral SI Joint injections. This changed my life! I had always thought I had an issue in my low spine and this was exactly what I needed to start functioning and feeling better!When Dr. Mehta did the actual procedure, he talked me through everything, made sure I was comfortable, and let me know what to expect. His staff were great also, making sure I wasnt nervous, and understood how to manage after the procedure.

Youll not find a more professional staff. Youre listened to, not talked down to, and offered a number of options for your treatment plan. Interviews are probing and conducted in a friendly manner with followup questions that define the individuality of the plan.The overall clinical expertise at this location is unsurpassed, but theyre not afraid to call in other personnel when specialty skills are needed. In most cases, theres no need for other referrals - this is almost a one stop venue for Pain Management in any part of the body.

I had an appointment on September 8, 2020. I was told I was being referred to physical therapy. I called back on October 7, 2020 to follow up. I received no return phone call. I was then scheduled for a follow up appointment. I canceled my appointment. Upon canceling my appointment I discovered that this appointment was for imaging that I did not have done. This appointment was for November 2, 2020. And I still have no physical therapy appointment. Zero confidence. Will not return.

Front office is great.. The dr talks fast and doesnt not listen. I know we are in an assembly line but he and the nurse practioners just ramble and say injection. A little training on bedside manner wld be sufficient

I always have the desired outcome. The staff is very professional and courteous. My treatment is excellent. I am confident that I will continue to receive the best service possible. Thank you.

Everyone at the clinic is always very pleasant to interact with. Unfortunately not all of my pain problems are easily solved and some might not be able to be solved at all. I am thankful for the relief that I have been able to get through the service of this clinic even if some pain still persists.

Not all the staff is bad, but when I called, the attitude I got was ridiculous. Its almost as if I am bothering them for calling. They said to leave a message, dont bother, no one will call you back. I dont even know the doctor be cause he never sees me and he might be overworked but he is not personable at all. I would have gave 1 star but I have been going there before the name change and new hires and they have some nice staff.

Very good patient experience with the regards to the WS Young clinic. It is very nice that the scheduler comes in the patient room and schedules the procedure and then then follow up appointments, rather than having to do that out in the waiting area. This is a best practice. With regards to my procedure at the Stan Schluter Clinic, the waiting room was very small and crowded the day I had my procedure. Maybe it was just busy, but I recommend to have larger more inviting waiting area. This may put your patients at ease for those who have anxiety of medical procedures. Other than that, the MSAs, Nursing Assistants, and the Nurses have been great! Thank you very much.

I learned more about why Im having pain, what is causing it & how theyre going to help. I was emotional because I didnt realize my issue was as bad as it is but Brittney Misercola NP-C & her intern were wonderful at explaining my issues & pain management plan & were definitely empathetic to what I have been dealing with.

Had my first visit today. Everything went amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly. I met with NP Jessica Laskoskie and let me tell you this: She asked questions and listened to the answers. She was incredibly pleasant, polite and down to earth. She was thorough in her examination. She was the first medical professional I’ve met with regarding my spine issues that made me feel like I wasn’t just a number or a pay check. She explains everything in common sense, no BS ways. I can not say enough good things about her and this pain speciality center. Thinking about trying this place? Do it, and ask for Jessica!!!-SFC T. Ive been a long time patient of Dr Metha. Recently, I have been attempting to schedule an appointment after having the Vertiflex Superion surgery last year, as I have been having extreme pain. After calling his office on W.S. Young drive for the last 2 weeks and almost 30 times in the last two days and leaving multiple messages with no return calls, I finally got in touch with someone. Now I get to wait another 3 weeks for an appointment because they couldnt answer their phones to schedule me for the appointment I was told was available on Wednesday morning. My referral has been approved through TriWest since September 19th. Thats how long both TriWest and myself have been attempting to get in contact with someone at this office. If I could go somewhere else, I would. Unfortunately, not many people have even heard of the Vertiflex Superion.

Do not go here the new female doctor is a lying witch. She is rude and unprofessional. She is also a lier. Horrible every since Chris left ...
