Dr Bishara is a fantastic psychiatrist - I have had the best experience working with him. I am not going to leave the clinic immediately now that he is moving on as it has been difficult to find a good provider in the area. For him personally - I did a 5 star review. I will give the new practitioner a fair chance and review later- but my main concern is the front desk staff. I should have written a review two years when I was first trying to start services here and get an autism evaluation for my son. The lady that works at the front desk is one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered and I even caught her in a lie regarding my paperwork more than once when we were having issues with our referral. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt as everyone has bad days - but I have had far more negative encounters with her in two years than neutral or positive. She lacks any sort of basic customer service skills which in my opinion is vital to a front desk attendant in any job but even more so in a behavioral health clinic of a Christian organization.

Ive always had nothing but good experiences here. Nothing to really complain about. They take good care of people.

I went in for a physical for my leg, arm and head. And and middle Eastern, man physician was scheduled for my physical. For some odd reason he had felt up my breast. Ladies make sure if you feel uncomfortable stand up for your self. Be aware. Be safe. If you have to request a woman to be present do so.

Tamara fields is very intelligent and amazing at her profession. Extremely knowledgeable and her heart lies in her work. This woman has changed my life and helped the people I love more than I can express in words. I highly recommend her

The staff here made the most scariest time for my kiddo a less stressful experience. Thank you all

Very sorry customer service called in for a client and was totally blown off. No help at all, but Metroplex Hospital actually came through and agreed Metroplex Behavioral has been dropping the ball.

My primary issue with this clinic isnt the doc herself, or so i hope, its the medical assistant Nadia. Ive told her multiple times that i my insurance WILL NOT pay for the 225mg Effexor that ive been prescribed, but that changing it to 150MG x2 a day will incur no copay. Despite this, every time i have to get a refill, i have to call this clinic multiple times to get them to understand this. Ive even had nadia tell me that they didnt prescribe 150MG. This is curious, as im not sure how i got the medication if they didnt prescribe it. Im not a doctor, and no one else is writing prescriptions. Due to this ignorance or apathy, ive got that last several days without my anti-depressant. the withdrawals have been horrendous, and theres no way i can get in contact with the the medical assistant, much less Ms. Wendy Johnson. This is absurd, and borderline malpractice. Id also like to point out that i was told by Nadia that if i didnt get a therapist in addition to the one i already have, they would flat-out not refill the prescriptions that THEY had already begun. This is incompetence bordering malpractice. I called them once to tell them that i couldnt afford the 225mg effexor, to be told by Nadia i dont know what to tell you. Absolutely ridiculous, and incredibly negligent. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS. just my .02.

Treatment is great but the staff are very mean and its very boring and very lonely because your not aloud to talk to the other patients at all i was very sad and lonely here i dont recommend sending your child here especially after a suicide attempt or suicidal thoughts!
