I don’t really know where to start with this place, and I usually don’t leave reviews ever. But due to the fact that this is people’s lives at stake I felt compelled to. When I started here the staff had recommended a counselor for mi and he was ok I am sure that there are great therapists at this company, but in my opinion, the owner is not one of them. When a person makes the decision to start therapy, it is not always the easiest choice because not everyone wants to admit that they need help. It definitely took me a while to let my guards down and actually open up. I stopped going after my appointment was abruptly canceled the day of due to an emergency on fort hood while I was understanding I was going through a lot as well and was let down. I decided to give another try and requested an esa letter was told i would get it at my next appointment. Which was subsequently also canceled the day of. Called today to see if I could just come pick the letter up first person didn’t know what an esa was and then told me they don’t do esa letters because they don’t allow pets in the office which has nothing to do with esa letter she put Amy the owner on the phone very disrespectful 0 concern for a patients mental state and also semi discriminatory in regards to the type of insurance I use. I had to hang up the call because I was having an anxiety attack after being told i had not legitimate complaint because they called and my mail box was full and also it’s my fault that the therapist canceled because I knew he worked on fort hood and decided to stay with him. Very ignorant considering it’s hard to begin to open up to someone only to have to switch to a completely different person and start from scratch. I could go on but I would recommend looking into other places with friendly unbiased customer service
