Dr Alyn Hatter is very knowledgeable about different skin conditions and the appropriate care. He asked questions related to my everyday life and how exterior conditions can affect your skin. Supporting staff was excellent, my appointment was on time and I was completed in about 30 minutes.

The whole experience, from scheduling the first appointment at this office, to walking out the door after the appointment was positive. Bridget did an excellent job at reception, Robert did a professional AND amiable interview, and Melissa was knowledgeable, sincere and cooperative about addressing all issues. I transferred to this office from the Roanoke office, and the staff was able to handle the acquisition of all available paperwork from that office.

Cant get anyone to call me and let me know why they took me off my med. Even went down there and no one would talk to me. I had to find out thru my pharmacist. Not happy with them at all. Do not understand what this is all about. By the way this is not a reflection on Dr. Hatter. He treated me very well. However now he is gone and I dont understand this new persons way of thinking and handling business.

The Killeen Epiphany Dermatology is centrally located with easy access and timely appointment options. Office personnel are professional and pleasant. Dr. Hatter provided clearly explained treatment options that allowed me to make the best decision for my situation. Highly recommend.

Nice clean office, friendly and helpful staff. No long wait time to be seen. And to top it off, if you have a coinsurance they bill your insurance first, unlike many other providers, who have an office policy to bill you first. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

The whole staff was very friendly from the time I checked in until the time I checked out. Dr Hatter was very nice as was his nurse. He was very knowledgeable and is going to do some allergy testing on me and explained it in great detail as to how it will be done and the dos and donts. I was very satisfied with my visit at Epiphany and highly recommend Dr Hatter. Dr Hatter is really interested in educating you on your issues as well as fixing them.

I made an appointment to have a few spots checked for possible skin cancer. I was treated with respect even though I was a cash patient and Doctor Hatter took the time to help me find the cheapest prescription for the cream I needed.The wait time was only 10 minutes or so, the receptions and assistants were very nice and Dr. Hatter makes you feel very comfortable. They probably dont need another 5 star review but heres mine anyway! 😉

I was hesitant and extremely nervous to get a biopsy but not only did Dr. Hatter explain the procedure, he performed it and it was absolutely painless (which was my main concern 😝). Once I got the appointment, and had the visit, it was great. They wouldnt schedule the appointment until they had the written referral from my insurance company. That took awhile to get, then they are busy so it took another few weeks to actually get in. But once I broke through that barrier, the actual visit, office staff, Nurse and Dr, were very good. Pleasant, friendly, seemed genuinely interested in my issue, took plenty of time to resolve it. Answered all my questions.I recommend them highly.

Amazing! Doctor Hatter is a true professional and very courteous. He took his time in examining me and thoroughly explained what type of moles I had. As we entered the office we were greeted by very friendly receptionist (Allie). The medical technician was quick to complete the normal questions. Dr Hatter entered the room and my wife and I were quickly impressed, extremely friendly and great personality. He asked questions and thoroughly examined my problem areas. He gave his opinion concerning my rash, completed a biopsy, and provided a plan of action. We would recommend Dr Hatter and his office staff for any dermatology problems.

I would highly recommend Dr Hatter at Epiphany Dermatology, he is thorough and attentive, I never feel like he’s rushing me and he makes sure I understand all my options and the cost. Dr. Alyn Hatter listened to me. Actually listened. Not just threw a couple prescriptions at me and sent me on my way. He managed to do more for me in 45 minutes than most dermatologist have done in the last couple years combined. He genuinely cared, and was incredibly knowledgeable. I have been struggling with a condition for 5 years that Drs cant seem to figure out. Part of the condition is rash and severe dry skin. Dr. Hatter was absolutely amazing. He treated me like a person, he cared, he answered all of my questions, listened to all of my concerns and came up with a care plan! This was my first visit and I will definitely be back again. I highly recommend him!

I went to the Killeen, TX location to get stitches removed. My Epiphany Dermatology office is in El Paso, TX. The girls in the office were so accommodating and kind. The stitch removal process was easy and pain free. Everyone was very professional. We were so pleased with our visit. Thank you!!!

What can I said, I walked in as a in transit patient while working at Killeen, I got an appointment right away at a flat rate of 125 dollars out of pocket. I had a really nasty rash and after 5 minutes taking to the doctor every symptom he describe a was familiar with, the final Diagnosis was spot on, I spend 3 months trying to figure what the hell was wrong with me and my PMHC Doctor completely fail me. Im so glad I visit these guys, I 100% recommend this facility. Thank you soo much for helping me out, at least now I know what is wrong with me. thanks you soo much.

After 9 years and a million different drs within 5 minutes of the visit they were able to diagnoise my daughter. He took some samples to confirm but after she started a new medication she felt better the next day and was up running around. 9 years we fought to figure it out. 9 years we told drs your not getting it right. 9 years now put into scars. We can never thank this place enough. We are thankful our primary dr believed us and referred us here and we are thankful for the entire staff at Epiphany. From the receptionist to the dr everyone did amazing. They were friendly and the office and rooms were clean. Above all we would refer everyone we know to them.

I visited due to rash on foot the trainee posing as a nurse scraped and stated it was really nothing serious prescribed an ointment that did absolutely nothing. rash still exisit and has moved some. carmax seems to have a component that soothes itching. I didnt call back cause this place is about MONEY MONEY N WHAT GREAT INSURANCEI HAD.

Scheduled for a follow up appointment that was not necessary. Only to be billed and sent to HEB to repurchase the suggested remedy for my visit. I was mislead as to the purpose of the follow up. I would never give them my business again. Or suggest them to anyone.
