This establishment is very clean and the staff are so friendly. I did a lip filler with Ashley & I definitely recommend her. She goes step by step & goes as far as to explain how she will complete the procedure in addition to how you will feel a few days later & answering her emails when you have concerns lmao my lips look so natural and plump. I definitely recommend her!

I’m giving this review bc It’s been a week since I went to receive my under eye fillers.. I knew that it was a possibility of bruising but it’s been a week and I see no change. I have not been able to enjoy my fillers ..and why I’m really upset is bc for the amount of money I paid I got no concerns from the person who did it .. all was said is oh I’m sorry I made u bleed you’ll have a little bruising..I actually feel worst about my appearance then I did before I went here 🤦🏽‍♀️

I began going to Beleza Med Spa in November 2016 and it has been a great experience ever since. My mom was the one who actually scheduled my initial appointment and she talked about how great the customer service was that she received over the phone. My mom has never stepped foot in this establishment and she talks very highly of Beleza Spa, so that should tell you a lot. Plus my mom is a hard critic. Ive been receiving acne treatment sessions with Tehia R., she is absolutely amazing. There was not one time that I didnt understand what she was explaining to me. She was very informative and you can tell that she loves what she does. She was able to inform of the peel she was using, how it works, what to expect after and so on. There hasnt been one time to where she didnt talk me through all of the steps as she was performing them so that I would feel extremely comfortable with the procedure. In addition, she is absolutely amazing at what she does and I have definitely seen a tremendous in my face. Every time I call, Taylor, the receptionist, is always so polite and I love that! I would highly recommend Beleza Med Spa!

Highly recommend Round Rock Location. Elena / Front Desk, Nancy & Emily (Beautifiers) are amazing. I like this place because they all have such great dispositions and really seem to know the value of good customer service. They are also not hard sellers, they dont try to push products on you and they try to choose the best services to make you look your best. Elena at front desk...she actually makes me want to go there because she is so pleasant and really works to provide excellent experience from the front door in.

The staff is very professional and easy to work with. I have been a customer for 3 years. I suffer from Melasma and have to give Tehia a huge shoutout for making me love my skin again. I will NOT go to anyone else for my skin care needs. She is educated in her field and loves helping people.

Visit was pleasant and informative. this was a first consultation visit for cool sculpting. I had an idea of pricing per area to be treated, but did not realized I will need 4-8 areas to be treated. the total price is more than I expected. will check other places to get other quotes.

*Repost since Beleza medspa was petty enough to flag it * I guess they can’t handle the truth and wanted to take it down ..I tried to be as professional and friendly as I could rather then being UPSET as I should be after all I did throw 10grand down the drain!!! So a friend recommended this place to me said they had really good reviews but when I looked at the reviews there was not even 1 for the surgery I wanted and I thought to myself do they even do Brazilian but lifts ?? I had went to a free consultation they had given me and I asked one of the nurses how many bbl’s they have done and she said they at least do 2 to 3 a week and I stated that I didn’t see any reviews she reply’s “well most of the people that get them are young so they probably aren’t into doing reviews” I met with Dr. hix Hernandez, seemed pretty cool I asked her if she had any before and after pictures which she said she’s very protective of her patients and went on about how other docs probably edit their pics for social media.. in the end I chose her as my doctor(not even doing my research on other doctors in the area) I did not like my overall results and I was very unhappy so I talked with her and we did round 2 ( with an additional charge , also had to take time off work with no pay) it looked better but I’m still not satisfied. I watch videos of doctors often and I see that they don’t just inject the fat in certain areas they do it all over and I’m almost certain the fat was only injected in the areas she circled. Which was like 2 areas.. I won’t say it looks terrible because you can see a slight difference (side view) however I don’t love it! For best results from what I see is doing a lipo 360 and putting as much fat as you can all around and not just certain areas.. Some of my friends and family can’t even notice a difference& I spent almost 10 grand which I had been saving for very like time if I could of done anything different I would’ve chosen someone that specializes in Brazilian butt lifts with before and after pictures before jumping into the first doctor I met with.Not saying she’s not a good doctor because I see lots of good reviews from doing breast implants and tummy tucks. Also Id like to give credit when it’s due, id like to say when I had my first procedure there was the nicest sweetest nurse named Laura who was really careful and comforting and took great care of me during my surgery!!! I don’t think I’ll ever get this procedure done again just because after 2 procedures Im scared it won’t come out how I want it & I wouldn’t want to pay for this again It’s upsetting to have put your self at risk 2 times just for my results not to come out the way I wanted it to. However I’m still thankful to be alive!!!

Beleza Med Spa in Austin TX, what a mess, is not their fault, was me for not check reviews about my procedure. The doctor promise me something he knows he cant achieve.He transfer fat from my abdomen to my buttock, I can feel the knife, they dont even check if I was ready to be cut,. after he transfer the fat, he disappear, (like he operate an animal, or feel disgusting about it, lol, what a funny guy, wrong job for you).After he left, I see a lot of my fat in an container, and I ask the nurse why he dont put more fat, she say, you can hold more fat, it is not room, I was sad, because i am skinny, and I eat a lot pizza and ice cream to meat that procedure.After two weeks more or less, I went for follow up? I met the nurse or whoever give you the follow up, in conversation with her, she say the fat it is going to disappear. My fat dont left me in two weeks, is star the day after the procedure, the pain was horrible, I was bleeding, my way home, Because they say I can work next day, that is impossible, I was unconscious, all my way home. after a year, I cant see those people anymore I was traumatize. the year after the procedure, my sister push me to see the horrible doctor, look like he check the time of the procedure, I am guessing, check my pictures and just what he say when I ask him what happen? why he never toll me that the fat is going to disappear, He answer me, oh it was a mistake, lets put you in a schedule to fix that. anyway their staff was unaware of what happening, I just left that place with the little dignity i still have with me, with a lot sadness, not only for my$ 5000 thousand, but for all the effort that I put to put that money together. I had butt for three months, that it. Dont go to Austin Beleza med spa.

I recently moved to the area from Northern Virginia. I tried a few other locations for my facials and was simply not pleased - they just were not the same as what I had been experiencing. When I came to Beleza, I was expecting another disappointment, but Tehia was amazing. My facial isnt the same, but it is similar I couldnt be happier. Tehia was an excellent, I got tons of advice for my skin care type. She walked me through the different procedures, costs and the best options for my skin and budget. She gave me a sample before I left because after paying for services I told her I could only purchase one of the products she suggested. If the sample works, I plan on purchasing at the end of the month.

Dusky was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and really listened to my concerns about wanting to have Botox but still look like me. i explained the experience I had at another location and how much was used and she didnt make me feel like I was wrong for feeling like it was too much!! She recommended and explained what she will do and why and i cant wait to see the full results! (it hasnt even been 24 hours Lol) I like that I am starting off slow and IF i need more i know i can add a little more later. Wonderful! I’ve had the first part of my mommy make over with Dr. Hix and she’s truly skilled. I consulted with several other offices before deciding on Dr. Hix, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Things that matter, infection control, after-care, communication, pain management everything is top-notch.My surgery went off perfectly, not one single issue. I’m 48, and there are risks, but Dr. Hix was very patient and easy to talk to. She was encouraging and kind. The staff is warm and they make you feel welcome. Jennifer Lipscomb is a gem, she replied to about twenty emails. Michelle is essential personnel when it comes to questions, and easing your anxiety. Dusky, what a lovely lady. .Today, I saw Dusky for a second in-office procedure, what a great experience it was. I felt like I was in great hands with her. My procedure was painless and quick. I’m looking forward to some great results. She too, was patient and listened to exactly what I wanted. I received my quarterly botox treatments yesterday 2 August 2016. I have been going to the Cedar Park Beleza office for the last two years. So when I heard Beleza was coming to Killeen, I was ecstatic, but apprehensive. I liked my botox hookup at Cedar Park! I walked in and was met with a wonderful smiling face, Taylor! Taylor was a ray of sunshine while I was waiting for Kathryn (hopefully my new botox hookup). Kathryn was so nice, made me feel like I had known her for years. We laughed and joked.
