My girlfriend has a medical condition where she cant wear a mask. They were polite and knowledgeable about law vs order from the city commissioners. We were able to go in and get what we needed. Ross employees were completely ignorant to the law and denied us entry.

Havent shopped at T.J. Maxx for a while, had several things I needed & found everything with the aid of a very friendly girl who was eager to please. (Rare) Next time I will shop there 1st.

Leslie Armstrong that works at TJMAXX is terrible and consistently makes certain customers aware of truck unloading days, and also keeps plenty of merchandise for herself including shopping while on the job, and taking from other people that are shopping in the store. Denise and Vicky do a great job of running the store and I refuse to let one bad apple get in the way of the good ones in the store.

The checkout is crazy slow and the Employees could care less....

Love TJ Maxx, but the employees are the worst. Specifically Vicky store manager was very rude, she took the item that I was planning to buy from my hand in an angry manner and said if you dont buy it dont take it. I felt very frustrated about this situation. Never coming back

TERRIBLE. I needed some flip-flops and my wife needed a jacket. Right off the bat I was frustrated by the fact that apparently this location just doesnt stock mens shoes. Seriously?! The only jacket my wife liked was on the clearance rack obviously because of the very obvious HOLE on the front. She was going to get it just as a throw away after the trip assuming it would be really cheap. Nope, manager said they would only do 10% off the listed price (of a normal non-holey version), serious? Lame, and that was after waiting in a 20-30 minute line

This TJMax as some awesome people working there, especially Denise .B she is great lady love her instantly she told us we be out in no time after she heard me complaining about the long line , but we were out less than 5 minutes great places to shop see you guys soon

Decent prices for clothing and household items. I only took away 1 star because it feels very cluttered. Not really a system of having a specific spot for some things, but all the candles are in the candle area, and makeup in the general makeup area. Just all haphazardly placed.

Cashier was very argumentative about item prices. When told that her supervisor was the one who stated the prices, she continued to be argumentative saying we were lucky. So we went and got the supervisor and she even argued with her. Very disappointed to have traveled so far and received such poor service even after supervisor intervened. Felt as if we were being accused of trying to get something for less than it was. Needless to say, I will not be going back there. So many other places to shop.

Great location, easy to find parking. Store is clean with a good selection, although it is limited for some items (cookware, for example). It is a little crowded inside, some aisles don’t leave much room for multiple people or people and carts. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I love shopping at TJ Maxx and the sister company, Ross Dress for Less. The clothing selections are always fresh and, for me, the store is made for shopping for gift items. Your Old Persons Discount is 10% on Mondays. The store is clean and beautifully organized and the staff is friendly and helpful.

No one knows anything or where anything is. When you ask someone where some thing is theyll make up a spot, not even walk you over and let you search for hours till you get back to them and ask again, then you get a oh we probably dont have it then or we probably dont carry it

Found the swim suit that I wanted but bottoms were the wrong size (someone else put an xs bottoms with a LG top) and they wouldnt allow me to get a different bottom I liked because it would break up that set. The way I see it they are going to have some mismatch stuff at the end of the season anyways, I would have paid full price for the more expensive one 🙁

Horrible place ! They don’t know how to treat customers , equally useless buyers ! I waited for 50 mins ! No service ! Want to complain no manager ! After 20 mins of waiting they gave me a receipt saying I am next in line ! I waited n waited ! 2 ppl b4 me wasted all the time trying random things and not buying nothing ! I asked if they could send someone else to help me but nope!!! This is ridiculous! I got the movado from another store ! I lost an hour ! But u lost a sale !!!! Keep up !

I find theyre a little more expensive and I certainly cant find anything in a size 10 or 12 you have to be a size 2 for 6 to get anything nice in there. The Home Goods section is nice but I think its a little pricey.

Great for a quick pickup, doesnt have the same deep inventory of other stores but does the job.

This location is easy to find located between Publix Outback Steakhouse. Inside the store they have an excellent selection of womens clothing and a decent selection of mens clothing. This location also has a variety of travel accessories such as earbuds, shave kits, power cords, and various types, brands, and sizes of luggage. The bathroom is generally clean and the employees are very helpful. Over all a great TJMaxx.

Can never find anything here. You have to rifle through 50 racks just to find 3 pairs of Jeans and 4 shirts. Its ridiculous!

They have worst selection for mens clothes in Key West hands down. I came at opening thought was just cause they were new nope they just have a small useless mens section I did find some socks and cheap body spray but was looking for some clothes shop elsewhere for those . Staff seems robotic to.
