A shop attached to an optometrists. Not customer friendly. Bought a very expensive pair of sunglasses for my wife for Christmas. Wife is super picky about glasses so NO WAY I ever buy her anything without asking, can she return them if.....? The young lady told of course and long as I had the receipt and it was within 30 days.Wife did not like so we went to return we were told, no returns. Store credits issued only. The woman pointed to a small sign up on a top shelf that read, no cash returns, store credit only. So if I paid with card should I get a refund? Why is the sign way up high and out if sight? Most of all, why did the young lady tell me I could return them for a refund if.....? They would not budge and I hate being called a liar. Anyone want their store credit? I will never do business there again. I highly recommend you dont either. Selection is horrible anyway.
