This Walgreens location is perfectly located at a pretty hot spot down Duval st. Pretty convenient to grab essential thing you might need for your stay in Key West. The staff is very informative and a lady guided me through the store when I couldn’t find a specific ointment that I needed. I recommend this store to anyone!

I’m here visiting key west! I notice I forgot few things that I need to pick up from Walgreens. I was lost in the store until a young beautiful lady ismery ask me if I needed some help! She was kind enough to walk me through the store to get all the things I needed!! Best customer service!!!

To Walgreens,I needed to write a review about a particular employee at this walgreens, DENNISON. He has caught my attention and sympathy by his wonderful costumer service and remarkable manners. On a busy day where I needed to grab a couple of items for a costumer of mine, Dennison was able to help me with such rapidity and efficiency that I was left amazed. I told his manager about his service and I wish for walgreens as a company to acknowledge the young man and offer him a well deserved promotion.

We have a very limited amount of land space especially in Key West. We would be so grateful for you to have only one Walgreens located in Key West after the new Walmart gets put in, whenever that is no rush.I have invited about twenty new businesses that are both unique to what we have here and flourish a greater intended effect. They are theme parks, water parks, trade schools, science lab, kids after school programs, a kids camp, homeopathic medical services, two planetarium, petting zoo, bird garden park, monkey zoo, honey bees business, herb and spice park, tree house business and a new restaurant.Im just politely asking to remove the other Walgreens and leave just one after the new walmart comes in so the new unique businesses have a place to rent as their services are really needed.We would be honored for you to make a floating Walgreens near one of the two new floating theme parks with floating markets I have invited over and who I have asked to use floating hotels and water phytoremediation techniques to clean up the ocean water.

Send by doctor to pick up prescription drops. Got ripped off $180. Was in pain didnt think clearly. When I realized I paid too much came back in 1 minutes later-they just laughed to my face. They knew I am overpaying. Now I am staying away from this place. The drops was Ofloxacin. Publix price $32. Costo $21.it happened exactly on pandemic time. Thanks Walgreens

We went in just for the experience. While there we found some cute souvenirs. The customer service rep that waited on us was friendly and efficient. She appatently is totally unfazed by starry-eyed tourists who are enthralled with the appearance of the storefront. In any case we got what we wanted with minimal fuss.

This Walgreens is beautiful at night when the unique architecture is lit up. Inside youll find the usual items along with a larger then most grocery section. Souvenirs are available along with beach items needed to enjoy the stay here in Key West.

WALGREEN is our Pharmacy of choice and we needed to make a stop, realizing that it is conveniently located on Duval Street, so we decided to make a stop for our needs and could not resist taking the photograph of the trolley as it went by in front of the store. The staff is very professional and they made sure to complete our order promptly, given that we were visiting with a rather tight schedule.

I give 5 stars to the external architecture of the building (the STRAND). A must-see. The fact that there is a Walgreens inside makes this particular Walgreens the craziest-looking one in the United States. ...Which is appropriate for Key West.

How hard is it for someone to take a minute and update your hours??? Nothing worse than walking 5 blocks because your business hours are listed as open, but when I get there a sign on the door has new hours.

I went to this Walgreens location to purchase Coconuts drinks and other food stuff and to use the washroom, I met Mr.Sunil Sarkar.He is very nice and awesome guy.I am from Toronto, Canada and it was a long driving trip to the Key west, Florida. He gave me lot of information regarding the cities and very kinds person.

Fantastic place to purchase your suviners at a much more reasonable price. Fantastic selections of our your great munchies and drinks. Very refreshing to shop within this amazing air conditioning. We totally support street vendors but sometimes they won’t budge and negotiate prices to suite. Stunning esthetics.

I was buying items at this Walgreens and am a Walgreens rewards member and am sad to see this Walgreens close theie restrooms on New Years eve. I do like Walgreens normally, but the owners of this Walgreens dont understand humanity and woukd rayher make profit and keep cash registers open. I would recommend not going here as they would be happy not helping people with basic needs.

OK Walgreens always terrible counter staff and non-existent floor staff. Tends heavy on the touristy stuff wouldve been nice if it left that to the 10,000 other stores nearby and stuck to Walgreens stuff.

I worked for Walgreens for nearly 10 years and this was by far the most unfriendly store Ive ever stopped in. Extraordinary customer care is non existent with the cashiers or the managers.

Gave up after 5 minutes of trying to find someone who spoke English fluently enough to direct me to where they sold batteries. Went across the street to CVS.

The worse customer service ever seen, the Person in charge of this store has not idea or clue what is a manager position meaning, I think that person should be working in a Kitchen where people doesnt have anything to do him. Horrible service.

The building of the old theater is now Walgreens, a drug store, and the ticket office is still in the front, very cute! Find the introduction on the Internet and turn it into Chinese: Strand Theater Beach Theatre, opened in the early 1920s, became the Ripleys Believe It Or Not Odditorium in 1993, sold in November 2001, and in 2002. August drug store Walgreens opened. The exterior of the building, the signboard of the marquee, the tiles in the inner lobby, the marble staircase and the wooden floor all retain the original monuments.
