Dr Wagstaff is amazing!! So caring! His staff is pretty good- depends who you deal with. It’s worth any small challenge you may encounter with them in order to get through to see Dr Wagstaff.

Doctor Wagstaff was very thorough in diagnosing my condition asking questions and inspecting the swollen hand. He again was very thoughtful in selecting the best antibiotic to best treat my particular infection. I highly recommend Key West Urgent Care.

I did a walk in because I had been feeling massive pain in my left ear. I signed in and it didn’t take long before I was seen. Doctor Wagstaff listened intensively to all my symptoms and was beyond respectful and polite. He helped me figure out what was wrong and prescribed the drops I needed. Definitely recommend.

This place is a joke. They dont listen to you, theres no privacy at all. The place is set up where everyone can hear your business and the front office staff is real good at hanging up on you or throwing your out if they dont like your attitude. Being a CMA, I would NEVER work or refer someone here.

Dr Wagstaff was paying attention and followed up on my progress when I was suffering from a large abdominal cyst. It was removed and I’m much better. Thank you Dr Wagstaff

THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE!! THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE!!Their name may say Urgent care but it’s only the business name. It’s actually a regular doctors office and if you don’t have a referral your insurance will deny the claim and you will pay full price. I’m not sure what kind of scam this is however it will be a headache for you if you go here and need referrals. My advice is to stay away, and this “company” needs to change their name as to prevent this from happening to other people. The doctor should be ashamed of himself.

I very much liked my experience at the urgent care clinic, I was listened too and i was given good advice. I did have to wait a long time to get in, but i imagine thats how it goes in a place where no one makes appointments.

Come here to key west urgent care after walking into the advanced urgent care on the main road, listened for a rude receptionist tell me it was over a hour wait and everyone else is closed. Called Keywest urgent care and the person answering the phone was kind and said come right over, we can take you right away. (Only one day open until 6) After filling out paperwork, Dr Langley came in and talked with me in great detail. Sent my prescriptions into CVS and I was on my way. My co-pay was what I pay for an office visit. Very friendly and polite staff. Also helped us with places to eat (since we are on vacation). All around an awesome experience. While on vacation in key west I developed ear infection in my left ear. Upon arrival I was checked out by a PA that decided to write me amoxcillian 325mg 3 x day for 7 days for an ear infection. Well I tried to tell her that rx would not help because its a pediatric dose. Not to mention that Im a type one diabetic and any infection send my blood sugar through the roof. I also happen to be a RN for over 10 years. Anyway I walked away and finally got a hold of my Dr back home. She was in shock that the PA wrote a type one diabetic a ped dose if amoxcilian. Now Im warning you all do not go there they write the wrong medication and the wrong dose for your diagnosis. Medical malpractice, and total incompetent...they better be careful before they end up hurting somone.

Charged me over 100 dollars to tell me to go get some OTC cortizone cream. Will never go there again.

This office recently re-opened with a new doctor. I found Dr. Wagstaff and his staff very attentive and professional.

I needed to locate my vaccination records from a different state and the receptionist helped me to do this.
