The respetionist is extremely rude and unsympathetic. She shamed me for my condition and refused me an appointment because i dont have an address. Stay away from this place. An absolute nightmare. I hope they fire that awful woman. Zero stars!

Doesn’t give real tools, guidance, or direction. She just prescribes. Nods a lot, says ambiguous things that could be applied to anyone. She seemed very checked out.

Dr. Beers-Rossi really listens to you and makes you feel comfortable. Her office staff is always friendly! Overall great experience!

It took me years to find a physicist that i was satisfied with on the island. I suffer from adhd anxiety an occasional bouts of depression. After seeing many clinics with ever changing Drs. I am so happy to have such a kind congenial and competent doctor hearing Key West I will definitely be sticking with dr. Rossi she absolutely cares about my experience in Key West and my mental health I highly recommend her

I was a patient with dr beers rossi about 2 yrs ago and my first appt was 300 and then 150 for everyone after that. I just returned from two yrs in miami and I try to see her again and they want to charge 300 again which shows me they care more about getting money then treating a returning patient who is now living in the keys again. Very disappointing to see that happen, money hungry psychiatrists.

I just called to this phone cause I need to see a doctor,the person said that she is just the answering office, She was rude,very bad service. This is a psychiatry place,how come this could happen.

Terrible answering service. Theyre all very rude. Dont plan on them ever getting back to you if it is important. You can tell they dont care.
