Great customer service with a very friendly staff. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through my dental exam explaining what they were doing along the way. I would highly recommend this practice.

I called Southernmost Smiles after my son cracked a baby molar in half eating a peppermint, and needing to have the remaining piece extracted. They got him in as a new patient first thing the next morning. Dr. Weber and the Assistants were very patient with him. He’s ASD and doesn’t always do great with new people/ experiences. He’s only had cleanings before. He explained everything to my son, answered his questions and helped ease his anxiety. While he did feel some discomfort from the Novocain injection, Dr. Weber was able to keep him calm enough and in the chair to finish the injection.The way Dr. Weber addressed my son, and not me, and spent time building trust and answering my sons questions was greatly appreciated.After our visit today, Dr. Weber will be my children’s new Dentist! Everyone in the office was so kind and understanding of the special needs my son requires. And Dr. Weber’s wife was fantastic too. She quickly verified benefits which saved hundreds of dollars on the pano X-ray. Thank you all for making this morning go more smoothly than I ever imagined!

But Dr. Weber, Jessie and Roni the office manager (I may have spelled names wrong) were BEYOND kind, helpful and informative. I cannot wait to get the work I need done because although I am nervous I feel extremely comfortable there.

Dr. Weber is AMAZING! I’ve always had an insane fear of dentists since having a bad experience. Dr. Weber is so soft and gentle, you barely feel him working. I need a lot of work due to lack of going to the dentist for years and he has continually calmed my nerves and worked with me. I’m so so so grateful that I went to him before things got much worse.

Fell victim to an abscessed tooth while on vacation here. Dr. Weber and his assistant Casey were extremely professional and highly accommodating for me, they were both willing to come in on a Saturday morning to give me a root canal. The office itself is also very nice and the equipment all looks very up to date. Cannot recommend enough if you need a dentist in the area

By far the most attentive, knowledgeable and kind staff and doctor: from the 1st call to the last treatment, all AMAZING!! I came in for what I thought 2 crowns (based on other dentist’s advice), and left with a totally different diagnosis.. an implant and a filling.. which shows they don’t care about the money but about me and what would work best for me.. the procedure itself of extracting the tooth was very complex but went smooth and I was out in less then 40 min.. I never felt more taken care of even if there were different patients at the same time as me! Don’t know how he does it! Dr Weber took me in his free time for a check up 3 days after to make sure all was ok.. haven’t felt more confident about any dentist in my life (and I had plenty of those), and only wished I could stay in key west (I live in NYC but working remote) so I would never need to go to any other dentist (among the other reasons why I don’t want to leave)! Ok more pluses: they take MetLife, their prices are beyond fair, service is absolutely top notch, everyone in this office is there to make you feel and look better.. can’t recommend them higher!! Thank you again Dr. Webber!!

Beautiful office! Handsome young dentist! What’s not to love? From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely, smiling, Mrs. Kaitlyn Weber. She explained the paperwork, and then I was whisked away by the x-ray/dental asst.,Casie, a blonde bright eyed dynamo, got started on my x-rays. In going over some of my history, she picked up on an airway problem I have, and told me that they did some continuing education on that very problem, and about a device they could make me that would help me immeasurably. I’m a recently retired surgical nurse, and had never heard of it, or ever had a dentist tell me about. He also did a thorough exam of my teeth, tongue, mouth, jaw and neck, screening me for swelling, abnormalities, and tumors or cancers. I have only had one dentist ever check me before this. I have moved a few times and have had 8 or 9 dentists. So, I’m glad we have a young dentist, who is up on new and current techniques and is having his office staff well trained and able to pick up on issues while talking with patients. AND HE LISTENED TO HER!!!❤️ He also knew exactly what I was talking about when I spoke of MCAS. He is well educated, and knows his stuff!!! A+A+A+A+A+

I am extremely disappointed with this dentist office. I was left to wait, and then rushed through my initial visit. They requested a pre-auth from my insurance company, and then never scheduled me for the procedure. Finally, billing nightmare! They performed a procedure not covered despite being a federal in-network provider, accepted payment based on a different code, and then didnt honor that in-network allowable cost. To top it off, the dentist tried to blame the insurance company for him choosing to bill me at $167 over the negotiated rate of the original procedure code. I understand his right to bill at his rate, but dont blame the insurance company. He could have worked with me on the rate, and by doing so established a long term relationship between doctor and a family of patients. Greed and detaching from the personal circumstance of the scenario have put a horrible taste in my mouth for this practice.

I hate the dentist. So, I’ll get back to you as time goes. So far, very professional. Appears knowledgeable and has the same staff as dr Belabraidich. As promised, I’m back to finish the review. Dr Weber is awesome! His staff is awesome! I think key west has done well to snag him...well his wife snagged him. But, it’s good to have a young dentist with a practice and roots down here. Pun intended! Months later, many visits, my review stands. Top notch office staff. Top notch dentist.

I had an appointment set up out almost 6 weeks, but incredibly personable and efficient Roni worked me into a visit today after some cancellation. Getting the initial visit paperwork handled was a slick modern effort, with streamlined online processing. A little back and forth (due to my insurer) and I was set.Arrived on time and was ushered back (Covid safely) to a workspace where Shelly’s experienced pain-free hands took me through the cleaning process, with so many great tips on self-care I needed to write some down.After that, I had an unhurried consultation with Dr Weber (Carter) where we outlined a treatment program and answered all of my questions.If you have the choice to be a patient here at Southernmost Dental, don’t hesitate.

I was on vacation in Florida and unfortunately got a big toothache when we were in Leyton. In the beginning, ibuprofen helped, but on the second day the pain was so great that I was already thinking about leaving. My friends persuaded me to go to the dentist. Had a little thought because I got a crown on the tooth a week before. Said it, our next destination was Key West, it was Friday and on the day only a handful of physicians on the Keys, I chose this one for myself and the decision was the right one. Was taken directly after a few formalities. The doctor has made a few tests and had already suspected a Nerfetzündung, the 3 D X-ray has confirmed the suspicion. The doctor pushed me between his other patients and after not too long a wait I got my root canal treatment. Everything was very professional and I felt very comfortable there, every step was explained to me. My pain was gone and my vacation was saved. Generally, the atmosphere was very family and Im glad that I was there. The costs were fair in my opinion. Thanks again for everything and a happy new year!
