As a local, this is the only dispensary I go to down here. Not only is every employee the sweetest & extremely knowledgeable about every product, but this dispensary really has just the right amount of everything. Orders never take longer than 5 minutes when you go inside which I know at other places down here you can be waiting an hour plus. Shout out to Carolina & the whole team there, they really make the experience so enjoyable! If you have any questions about anything they’re always more than happy to help. This is by far my favorite dispensary in key west. Not only do they have awesome quality thc they are also very kind. They treat you like a friend, they remember your name, and always ask how you’re doing and genuinely want to know. If you want to feel comfortable I definitely recommend going here. Plus they are always fast, I’m in and out with all my orders.

Surterra Staff is very professional & helpful. Julia especially does a great job. She is so calm & patient, two thumbs up for Julia!As far as product; I especially enjoy their concentrates. Wax, Shatter, Crumble, all top notch products & always high THC%. Also, i love the Coral Reefer collection. Especially the Island Time disposable vape. That thing is fire!! Such a nice mind set, along with a warmth that radiates down my back & completely removes my cronic back pain. Only wish it came in .5g & 1g cartridges!!Only complaint is that you cannot call directly into the Key West office. Unfortunately, you have to go through a corporate headquarters who then dispatches your questions or needs to the branch personnel. I thought that was a little strange. But thats a small thing, and i dont sweat the small things.Overall i give Surterra Wellness a 10 out of 10 star review. And I would (& i do) highly recommend them to any Medical Marijuana Patient near the facility.Jamie

FANTASTIC FIRST VISIT! I had a ton of questions but Whitney was accommodating, very knowledgable, and just generally delightful. I would recommend this location to anyone; novice or veteran, plebeian or queen.

I was down visiting key west and stopped in. I was immediately greeted by a very nice (and very knowledgeable!) young lady named Megan. She answered all my questions and i felt right at home, as though this were my usual store. Another customer came in and she greeted them by name which i loved! A second very pleasant young lady cashed me out, i believe her name was Heather. She had me laughing so hard! Both employees seemed happy in their jobs, so friendly but still professional. Great vibe in there. I wish this was my home store! So clean and organized... seems like a great crew!

On my 1st visit (Key West location) the Float pre-ground I purchased (Jacky Girl) had some large stems but was otherwise satisfactory. On my 2nd visit I bought 2 different strains of pre-ground flower (Blue Dream Haze & Cakez). BOTH were mostly LEAF & STEM! I called to find out why there was trim in what is supposed to be ground FLOWER & the rep advised they do not use trim in their ground flower. Well I can see with my own eyes that is not true. A stem is a stem and because the product is not finely ground the leaves are visible. Something is clearly wrong if they state no trim yet it’s mostly trim.The rep advised “all sales are final” & said the only possible remedy would be for me to return to the same store I purchased from to see if they are “willing to exchange”. I live in Ft. Lauderdale so that’s not very convenient when there are other locations closer to me. I’ll have to wait until my next trip to the Keys to find out if they will be WILLING to exchange them! Maybe!? Companies that do not make an effort to resolve your problem are undeserving of your business. I don’t like to leave bad reviews so I always go back to the company first to give them a chance to right the wrong. The rep was not very helpful and repeated the same spiel saying they don’t use trim. It was only after I insisted several times that something is wrong (as there is trim in the product) that he agreed to log a complaint on my profile which the Key West store can see on their end when I return to TRY to exchange. No bueno.

I went inside and handed my card over to the lady at the front as usual. The other lady was asking me what I want and very helpful.Apparently there was an issue with my card and I wasn’t able to purchase anything even though my card expires in 5 months.The friendly lady all of sudden threw the card back at me and said I need to call my doctor. Without any other explanation and acted as if I wasn’t even there and started talking with the next guest.I’m new at this like many others and would have appreciated an answer or two to my questions about the situation. As soon as I wasn’t a customer I became a nobody.I went to Trulieve and they helped me out.

Went in today to make a purchase. Staff were very nice but when I asked about my military discount I was told management does not do that anymore. I understand that Covid has an impact on us all. Especially on veterans on fixed income. All my business will go to Truliev.

The best place to go on the island !!! Me and my fiancé both love it there , feels like home. The ladies in the front are all so nice and genuinely happy to help me , the manager is so helpful and knowledgeable and kind. Always a pleasure to shop there for my meds ! I was a huge Truliever until I decided to shop there while having bad service more then a handful of times with people in the back at Trulieve! Th am god for surterra key west !!!!! And honestly , the product is 10x better too I don’t care about the price anymore.

Just had a delivery from Surterra and I highly recommend them! We ordered from the Kendall location and the ground flower was a little too grounded, but still 5 star service.

Im down in the area quite a bit and went by this location they refused me after I had $400 worth of product in my hands the lady comes back and tells me they cannot sell to me because my drivers license had expired on my birthday even though my medical card was valid ...I will never visit this location again Ill take my money elsewhere and let everybody know as well. Thats ridiculous now drove a couple hours but found another one they had no problem selling to me and said that is ridiculous they had never heard of such.

A very good staff. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. And they also have a unique brand of products. Definitely worth a look...

The employees were not knowledgeable. Once walking in and seeing 6 employees, I was immediately asked to take a seat and make myself at home while the employees all talked amongst themselves for 10 more minutes... no thanks, Im just here to get my medicine. When asking questions all I got was eye rolls and filler words from people who were clearly clueless. This is not what the medical marijuana community wants or needs. No thanks wont visit again!

I bought 3 cartridges of coral reefer from here so far two of the three have leaked out of the top. If you don’t live in key west and cannot go back to this store to return I wouldn’t purchase anything.I was also out of inhalation milligrams when I went and they had no problem putting it under a doctor I had never seen before. I wouldn’t have realized if I hadn’t have gone home the next day to Bradenton and my local dispensary said I was out of inhalation and had been. I wondered why my doctors name had changed. So I have leaking products that I can’t return and get my money back for and I’m basically s.o.l. I had applied here online but I don’t think I agree with they way they do business. Something fishy here....

These are NOT half gram cartridges. Charging $60 for .3 grams!!! If I could add a photo I could show you the difference ..Thanks.for.the reply but if want to prove theres really half ml of oil make a video out half gram in a syringe and fill the cart I bet it over flows. Thos carts the full gram looking ones only need .2 ml to fill it and make it look like a full gram.. ur literally robbing ur patients and false advertising. Is this business was legally federally you would be shut down. I thought our state marijuana dispos had more dignity then that.. Im ashamed literally. Ashamed

Received an empty cartridge. Also the two that worked were different tasting and not as effective as Trulieve.
