The HOA manager can be one sided. Very harsh when he answers the phone when you have an issue. It is a great place to reside/own, but there are a lot of drugs and other illegal activity. There are some neighbors that blatantly smoke pot on the balcony and you hear them coughing up a lung at 7am. LS. Even though there are cameras, people still place trash all over and the HOA manager does nothing. Its best to keep to yourself as some neighbors like to stir up whats none of their business. The HOA manager allows large dogs which are not supposed to be on the property. A lot of people do not pick up their dog poo. You can complain to the HOA manager about things that happen constantly, but he (Roger) doesnt really do anything. Paradise? Not.

I just signed a 1 year lease. I love this place. Unlike my old place in midtown, its very quiet. I am by no means a recluse, but its nice to get away from the madness of Duval Street. It can easily be done here while still being close to essentials.

Maybe they can get the Jacuzzi running soon but they’re probably too busy fixing nothing and complaining a lot wouldn’t recommend here unless you’re 60 or above

Lovely and clean place to live in Key West! Most of the residents are friendly.

Only there for a few minutes picking up someone who was repainting the buildings however is surrounding area of the condos is very nice wouldnt mind living there 😀
