The accessibility and convenience of this office is wonderful. You can call or walk in and have an appointment date almost immediately. This office isn’t that old so it’s extremely helpful that they have, Penny Walker, an experienced well rounded doctor on their staff.She is super nice and puts the needs and care of her patients above everything else. She is easy to talk to, and willing to explain everything from the process of receiving your license, rules and regulations to specific questions about products usage, and gives great recommendations for your specific needs.If you visit the key west office I definitely recommend requesting Penny Walker! She is nice, helpful, experienced, relatable, and explains things in a way even the most novice cannabis patient could understand. Most importantly she cares about her patients their needs and is overly accommodating!

I have shopped there before. Went in today to buy some cbd. After filling out paperwork because I wasnt in the system and waiting about 40 minutes they said they cant sell me product without paying as a new patient. I already have a doctor and a current card, I just wanted to buy gummies. Nope. Was told I had to sign up as a new patient and pay $149. Horrible experience. I wish I could give them negative stars.

Scott is amazing. This guy not only spent his whole morning removing 6 inches of water from the shop, but was a stand up host and super friendly. If you need a life changing massage his hands are larger than life. This guy rocks, come check out this place ASAP.

My overall experience getting my medical certification to help deal with my Bi polar condition (I.e. anxiety, depression, hyperactivity ,inconsistent eating habits and all the symptoms that have disrupted my everyday life . Prior to my visit at true leaf I thought I was pretty informed In terms to cbd treatment and its health benefits but I learned so much at miracle leaf about treatments and pricing with strands of flower , injections treatments, to cbd with thc content straws.) Amazing , the service is excellent the customer service rep. Shanice was exemplary providing premier service (e.g. she took the time out to help me register my license because I was having difficulties at home doing through my personal email.)

Was a good place but right currently having issues renewing card from the physician side and theyre taking a month long to resolve it. When I go to the counter they tell me to just wait. And waiting 1 month feel like overkill at this point.

If I could give them zero stars I would. From the minute I walked into the store for my doctor appointment I was blown off and left standing to wait, so they could keep ringing up customers that were coming off the streets from the cruise ship. I was there for hours. After my doctor appt they put my residency in the system wrong which caused my card to be rejected over and over. I was told to go down to Miracle Leaf to get this straightened out. I made 5 trips down there, each trip took an hour and a half, round trip, never finding a solution. Just more false promises and no competent help. THANKS SHANICE LOPEZ. Well after finally making multiple calls to the MMU of Florida, they figured out that Miracle Leaf made a mistake and thats why the rejections. I called Miracle Leaf today, because my card was finally approved, after 5 MONTHS, and all of my prescriptions have expired. Guess what? Shanice Lopez became very rude and defensive, blaming everything on ME, lol, and told me it would cost me another $200 to see the doctor to get the prescriptions I was originally approved to have but have expired because of their mistake. When I asked her if they would work with me on this because it was their fault in the first place she was rude and said no. I asked for her managers name as well as the doctors phone number and she refused to give it to me. So I guess she cant get in any trouble can she? I would NEVER go to Miracle Leaf in Key West. Or anywhere for that matter. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. PLEASE DONT GO TO MIRACLE LEAF. Unless you like being mistreated.

Super unorganized. Took 2 months because of their mistakes to get my card. Then had it expire 4 months later because “that’s how they do things” will 100% be renewing else where. Plus other doctors in town will refill your prescription if you run out and still have a long time to wait, don’t even waste your time with miracle leaf. THEY WILL NOT.

Very simple process to get my MM card. Two short visits and 10 days later— approved. Highly recommend.

Dr is fantastic, the customer service from certain front desk personnel is awful.1. They dont have a fax to receive medical records from your doctor.2. They refused to take responsibility for giving the state an incorrect email address for myself. I waited a week after my dr appt for the state email and they insisted the email would be coming in my junk folder instead of checking their end to make sure they submit correct information.3. After I called the state gave them my correct email address and paid the state fee, I emailed the dr office to request they have whatever they need on their end for my state license to be correct ( my medical records). The rudest receptionist called me back and laughed and argued they did nothing wrong. Refused to even acknowledge they gave the wrong email address to the state of Florida. Then refused to have an adult conversation and accept that I already paid for my state license after I updated email address with the state on the phone and refused to even discuss them re checking the documents they need for the state making sure they are complete and correct so that I can get my license the quickest. She mocked me three times and insisted on repeating that I have to do the follow up with state that I already informed her I did over the phone multiple times and in the email I sent them this AM.Completely rude, childish, arrogant and unable to hold a respectful intelligent phone conversation. I would give them -10 stars were it available.

Made it fast and easy to get my prescriptions. Its literally twice as cheap to get you’re card here compared to other places in key west. Trust me. Went in and was able to start buying flower the next day.

I moved to Key West from Orlando last month and my 7 months was up for renewal with my doctor, so I needed a new one. Miracle leaf was the first place that showed up on google. I went in, paid, saw the doctor, and left, it was a solid experience. Due to a slight misunderstanding I wasn’t about to go shop after renewal for 2 days, but this is just the standard for Key West I guess. Johanny really expedited and worked diligently to get everything resolved and I really appreciate her for it.The only thing I am questioning is that my dosage was lowered from my Orlando doctor, even though the Key West Dr. said she provided me the max.If this is the max, how did I have more allowed before? Weird.Anyways, thanks Johanny and I appreciate all your assistance!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!1st They told me they could get me in next day to see the doctor. This was a lie. I showed up and filled out paperwork and paid only to be told the doctor only stays until noon, so they rescheduled me for 2 days later. Which was again rescheduled for 2 days after that, and then again for 3 days after that, and again and again. I still have not seen the doctor yet and it has been 2 weeks since my first appointment and they insist on rescheduling instead of giving me a refund like I requested, all the while giving me an attitude because I cant go to some of the times they have available due to my schedule.2nd They mention same day approval. This is a lie. Same day approval to buy some of their overpriced 50 state legal CBD products maybe? Which they claim and tell you is one of the things you can get with your medical card when it is not. CBD products are completely legal and require no license to buy in the whole USA and are very far from the medical marijuana products with THC you will buy from a real treatment center. Or maybe same day approval to schedule a doctors appointment after you pay? Either way this is a lie.3rd I was told their price included the state fee and that they would help to submit paperwork. This is also a lie. The price DOES NOT include the $75 state fee and the help they mention is limited to submitting the doctors approval to the account with the state that you must set up.And thats 3 strikes your out. This place is doing anything they can to get people in and take their money for a doctor appointment, that for me, never happened and never will. While also trying to sell you CBD products well above the market price under the guise that it is part of the Florida medical program when it has been 50 state legal for a couple of years now. Do not believe anything they tell you and unless you want to experience this complete failure of a business for yourself. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
