Definitely not a fan of Petra the massage therapist. She basically fat shamed and ugly shamed me for my appearance and she didn’t have any awareness of how hurtful and inappropriate she was. I left feeling horrible about my appearance/self, which is certainly not what I went in for. She needs to learn how to be sensitive to others’ feelings and choose her words much more carefully.

I love this place! Everyone is friendly and they treat people right! As a holistic practitioner and psychotherapist I appreciate the relaxing atmosphere and great massages since my job is stressful. I ALWAYS book appointments when I’m in town and won’t go anywhere else- you will not be disappointed!

Dr. Hoyt was recommended to me by several colleagues and professionals in Key West. The atmosphere was pleasant and the practitioners were kind and patient. I came in with a lot of pain and she listened and worked with my comfort level. I have some anxiety when it comes to needles but she made it as comfortable as possible for me. The location was perfect so I could walk to and from my house since I wasnt in a position to ride my bike. I had several treatment options to choose from and Im glad I chose acupuncture and vitamin injections. I will definitely go back to the Wellness Center and Im very happy to have met such competent and understanding professionals.

A very pleasant friendly place. Everyone is happy and upbeat. There is a calm about the place. I always look forward to my appointments and leave way more relaxed than when I entered. I recommend it to everyone.

The very best the very best I have been going for years for acupuncture and massage I was in great pain at times because of severe scoliosis and arthritis. They worked very miraculously to release the pain and prevent it by telling me to strengthen my self and how to I was even given internet sites to help me. I really love Ashley and Petra and the whole staff. I really think if I had not gone I may not be walking now. ????

I was suffering from vertigo and was totally miserable, had gone to an ear nose and throat doctor and blood work done no one could figure out what caused it or how to make it stop, Dr Ashley Hoyt was awesome, the acupuncture took care of the vertigo . I am so grateful to Dr Ashley Hoyt and Key West Wellness Center
