Make sure you don’t unknowingly show up three minutes before the pharmacy closes to get a prescription filled. They won’t even consider helping you, but will refer you to their 24-hour location 20 minutes away. When you ask them what street it is on, don’t expect them to know the answer, even though they probably refer customers to that location EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Always have a good experience. These pharmacy techs and pharmacists are overworked. They either need help or for the public to cut them a break.

Poor customer service. Ordered pictures, and had a collage added to my order from their promo which I did not want. The woman at the counter was rude, and shrugged it off. The quality of the pictures was like the ink was off in their printer as well. Won’t be returning for sure.

The staff are very helpful and really nice they are always so friendly when I come in to get my medacations

I called CVS on Dorothy Lane and Wilmington Pike and just asked them where my new order for antibiotics are since I have not heard anything from them. They said that they are a week behind and we have to call and check on them in order to get them to fill it. Seriously? I suggest they try to stop filling refills thats not being requested and address seriously needed new orders or at least text/call and say they can not fill orders. They are neglecting their clients.

Out of state. Ran out of essential heart meds so CVS CAREMARK faxed the info to this CVS indicating it could be picked up today. The person that answered the phone said I dont even see you in our system. I explained the situation, being from out of state, she couldnt have cared less. Offered no help for my situation at all. Smh...

Not sure about the other bad reviews, I always have great service from the pharmacy and the front of the store. My scripts are filled in a timely manner and the staff is always friendly and fast.

Pharmacy seems to stay busy but the wait is never too bad. The rest of the store is clean and usually well stocked.

This CVS is the heel of them all! Many of the workers are rude and if you do have a problem they do not care to hear about it. The Pharmacy is good - I will continue to shop there - but the store part could use training on how to treat their customers.

Pharmacy staff made transferring RXs easy and professional, yet personal. Very happy that I choose this particular CVS!

Tara (shes fired now) is the worst pharmacist in town ! She was rude and didnt care losing a long time customer! Im sad to have had to change the store because of you TARA(bye bye) ! Now that shes fired Im glad to be back to this location

Waited over 30 minutes while they waited on drive thru customers even though I was there long before the drive thru customers. Some of them wanted to do transfers from other CVSs and other lengthy transactions. They should have been told to come inside and Pharmacist should have told them that they had in store client who were in line before them. Pharmacist was also a little rude.

Just all around bad service. Weakest link in the pharmacy chain.
