Everyone has always treated me nice and gotten back to me in a reasonable amount of time. The doctors know what they are going and listen to me and don’t treat me or my wife like we’re lying or exaggerating. Very thankful for them.

Doctor Chatterley was excellent. If you a looking for a physician I would highly recommend him. Exactly the type of physician I was looking for. The nurse who took care of me was also very nice and competent.

Prepare to be in the waiting room for approximately 4 years before they call you back. Every time.

Staff is rude and takes forever to do anything. Was completely ignored by front desk. Doctor was nice though.

If I had the option to put 0 stars I would. I had an appointment which I was late for this was my FIRST appointment I never been to this building and when I put the address in my gps I was taken way down Breton. There were NO other patients in the waiting room I waited 2 months to get this appointment only to be told I need to reschedule which would be then more months to wait. They could’ve easily seen me today but refused. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this facility to anyone else!

This facility I have actually never had an issue with. It is spectrum in general for this review. I had to get a covid test done. Drove an hour up north to get it. No one in Big Rapids had good info told me to pull up and not go inside so I sat there in the drive thru test site for about 15 minutes to find out that ends at noon and now I am late to my appointment. Finally get testing done I am told 48 hours then at the desk I am told results in 24 hours. Now two days later I am being told more likely test come out in 3 days. Doe anyone here know what they are talking about or whats going on in regards to the processes of your own company? Will be switching over the Mercy once Covid is gone.

Save yourself the trouble(and money)and just web m.d. it. Cookie cutter care from a cookie cutter facility.

Simply they are not what they claim. Better to avoid Spectrum Health.

Unlike Jameson Miehles review, I missed an appointment and was able to reschedule it 2 days from the original, but with a PA. There was not a fee for missing the original appointment. The front desk was friendly and I have no complaints.

Ive usually get good service here and the staff are nice. However they frequently dont answer the phones until 8:30am-9am although they open earlier. If they dont answer, try a different phone. This has happened to me about 5x, or more than half the time I call them in the morning.

Awful! Don’t ever be late, or having life circumstances that cause a late cancelation. They aren’t forgiving in the slightest, and will drop a permanent life ban on the entire medical group location! It’s been four years since I was dropped due to a cancelation, and they still refuse to allow me to be be seen by a doctor there. I’ve even escalated the issue within Spectrum and gotten nowhere. The office manager is also incredibly rude. This office is making me reconsider Spectrum Health entirely!!

BEWARE: Suite 103 the occupational services, actually get 0 stars. I had the respirator fit test done there today and the equipment used has a tube that sits inside the respirator between your nose and mouth, and it is not sterilized or disinfected in any way between people being tested. When I asked, the employee giving the test, what she was doing to disinfect that tube I was asked to leave.Please beware, dont know what I might have been exposed to, could be many diseases or illnesses like the flu or hepatitis A.

I have been going to the Spectrum Health Group for my family medicine needs for over 15 years, and in the last 2 years the customer service has gone down drastically. Physicians assistants are constantly rude and inconsistent with information, and lately the minimum wait for a doctor after the scheduled appointment time is 50 mins. After a decade and a half I will be switching my primary care provider.
