Made an appointment weeks in advance, they called me 1 hour before the appointment to tell me he wasnt there that day. I was told he was never scheduled to be there that day and I should have never been scheduled. Then then at the end of the conversation the person laid and said sorry he had something come up today. So in the span of 2 minutes she went from he was never going to be here today to he had something come up. Just say when you screw up dont lie to your customers.
