The staff at this location are wonderful and the main reason we love Childtime. My son has attended from 3 months old to now at 20 months old, and hes always so happy to arrive and see staff, which reassures me that hes treated well. I love the app with picture and video updates throughout the day, and I found that the tuition is comparable to other daycares. There has been some miscommunication here and there, but overall were very satisfied with the care our son receives, which is why we kept him at that location even after moving closer to downtown.

I am so very thankful for the dedication, love and patience the teachers show. The updates I get help me stay connected with my Little One when I cant be with her. Love seeing her have fun throughout the day and experience so many new activities while she is learning.

Childtime has been an amazing learning center for our son. He has learned so much in the past few years since he has attended Childtime. I am confident he will be ready for Kindergarten and a big part of that is because of the amazing teachers at Childtime. They plan great lessons, communication is excellent and I am able to focus at work knowing my child is safe and well cared for at Childtime.

The staff are excellent and really value helping the children develop. This site offers baby to kindergarten care, with several after school programs for the older kids as well. Families are kept in the loop of the many events and theme days that happen throughout the year. Class sizes are very reasonable, and the rooms have an abundance of natural light (unlike some other places nearby and in the village of Caledonia). Meals are healthy and prepared fresh.

My child has been going there for two years. Their team is amazing and most of the time my child is happy about going to school and happy when I pick him up. They always make sure to communicate with me on a daily basis about whats going on with my child and his development. Id highly recommend anyone who needs a great preschool. At age 2 my child could count to ten, spell his name, knew his colors and shapes, his animals and was socially learning how to play with other children. Its a community effort and their community is AMAZING! Lindsey... special shout out to you for always keeping things running smoothly! I also want to acknowledge some of the negative reviews, Im not sure what their situation was but as an overall whole.... I can say that the money we spend for this daycare is well worth the price and I do not feel that Ive ever seen any children being ignored.

I was not a fan of this daycare, and neither were my kids. They did not look forward to going there. I dont think that they received much attention, and they did not learn anything while they were there. One teacher, in the 18 month room, was excellent, but other than her, it was not worth it there. This place is extremely over-priced, and from what I understand, the price went up after I left. I have spoken to many parents and the price I was paying for my kids to get ignored was way more than any other parent I have ever spoken to. I do not recommend. My kids now, love going to their daycare and their school, and I have never experienced them dread going anywhere as much as this daycare.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My son attend this school for almost two years (Since March 6, 2017) and we recently had an issue at the school and it was VERY poorly handled. The director of the school, Stephanie, told myself and my sons father that footage of their video cameras were live stream only and we were UNABLE to view them, as this would have instantly resolved the issue at hand. We thought to ourselves that it seems a bit pointless to have cameras if you cannot view them when that should be the very reason cameras are available. We didnt feel comfortable with the idea that none of the teachers in his class knew anything about the incident, with one teacher leaving for college and was unable to be reached. So we were pretty adamant on getting ahold of the video footage, since nobody knew what happened. We took the issue to corporate, Kathleen, who seemed as though she was upset that the Director, Stephanie, didnt write up an incident report once the issue was expressed. Kathleen then notified us that video footage was in fact ABLE to be pulled & the fact that we notified the school too late in order to receive this footage, mind you, they are counting days theyre not even open. This has now been a 4 month process to get proper information from anyone involved with the ChildTime in Kentwood/Corporate lady, Kathleen. We requested we be reimbursed for the time it took (still unresolved) & failed protocols that happened with this situation. We were then slandered as lying, that our child was not telling his parents the truth about the situation, due to the fact none of the teachers knew dad so for my son to say parents seemed like a lie. Which is the most ridiculous accusation. That has NOTHING to do with the issue at hand. Let me tell you my sons father has been at every event as me, from halloween parties, to conferences and just because the reason we have daycare is due to MY job and not his job. So the teachers see ME more than HIM gives no person no right to assume that dad is not relevant. The teachers definitely know who my sons dad is. We pulled our son from this daycare immediately due to poor professionalism.

We have been going to Childtime of Kentwood for over two years. The best part are the teachers and administrative staff. They know and care about our two girls. There has been very little staff change-over in the 2+ years, which says a lot! We started at a different daycare for 3 months, and there was a lot more changeover. Some other things worth mentioning: Their curriculum is one of the best in the area - as an example my 2 1/2 year olds classroom is working on counting to 20 - other daycares the end goal is counting to 10. Every two weeks youll go home loaded with projects your children (even the smallest babies) have done. I know some daycares do web cams - personally, Im not a fan. Childtime uses an app that allows you to see what activities your child is doing, what books they are reading in class, and you receive daily pictures, videos and customized notes. If you are concerned about nutrition, Childtimes GrowFit Program is awesome! Ive done a comparison and the other places are serving sugar loaded juice - C.T. also does a lot of whole wheat breads, wraps, and tortillas. People always comment on what a great eater my toddler is - she never begs for juice, and chooses wheat thins to cookies! Again, the number one thing has been the staff - but you can see there are a lot of other positives - - weve been more than happy with our experience at Childtime!
