I have been working with Dr. Matthews and their massage therapist, Maggie for a few months now. They helped me tremendously with a shoulder injury from the summer. Highly recommend them both.

Dr. Howell is an incredible doctor and helped with pain caused from sports. He is very knowledgeable and very educated and gives patients a better understanding of their issues and how to avoid frequent visits to the chiropractor by giving me stretching and strength exercises to do at home.

If you want to hear conspiracies about COVID being a “hoax” because “if the hospitals are so overwhelmed then why do nurses post videos on Tik tok” then I would recommend seeing Dr. Howell because that’s exactly what my mother said her experience was. What a disgrace of a medical institution.

Have been several times now, and the staff is generally attentive. Wait times are short, and the care from the chiropractors has been good. However, at this last visit one of the front desk staff wasnt wearing a face covering and the chiropractor did not wear a face covering either. No explanation was provided for the lack of PPE. He also asked us if we would like to remove our masks, which we politely declined. It was concerning to say the least that a health professional would be so laissez-faire about COVID-19, and I dont believe we will return.

Dr Brown helped me with my hand falling asleep and also pain in my heel. Im always able to get an appointment when I need one. Elite has a very friendly and helpful staff!

I am a patient of Dr. Nijjer. He is professional and kind. In addition to the adjustment he does to treat my shoulder and neck pain, he also suggests exercises and postures to help me. I would recommend him to anyone who suffers from joint pain. You will see the difference right away and recovery will follow when you keep up with the exercises.

I get treated by the massage therapists at Elite for back and neck injuries. They are fantastic -- I have seen a number of their massage therapists, and never had anything but good results. They have a variety of strengths between them, so whatever currently ails you, they have a massage therapist with just the right touch to help your problem.

They sent me to collections over $29 even though I had been making regular payments. I have cancer and I basically had to choose between buying my medication and paying off my bill so I wouldnt be sent to collections. When I told the office lady basically told me tough cookies.

Everyone in the office is cheerful and enthusiastic, especially about health. They always get us in when we need some adjustment, and the doctors will figure out exactly where the trouble is; trust me on that.

Jared Howell is the man. My shoulder and neck are back to normal. Highly recommended!!!

Jerad Howell is great. He treated my husband for plantar fasciitis which was causing him severe pain. He was considering cortisone shots but after 9 sessions with Jerad his pain was gone and he could continue running. We are now taking our daughter to him for lower back pain. Jerad really listens to your concerns. Ill be seeing him soon for pain in my shoulder. Highly recommend.
