Wonderful Doctors! But the front desk girls are mean and rude!

Medical services and facilities are fine. Billing is atrocious and will mess up your insurance then send you to collection after you have paid. Wrong names on file, wrong insurance on file, accusations of not having insurance when fully covered.

I just found out I was pregnant so of course I was anxious and ready to Look for a OB well I Ended up Scheduling with Doctor Malapadi. I had to bring up the Fact about getting my Blood drawn to see how far along I am and also Had to mention Prenatal Vitamins to them. I don’t recommend This Clinic what so ever

Dr Whitney Fix-Lanes is hands down one of the best doctors I have seen and I am so happy to have her has my PCP. She is actually there to listen and make a plan of treatment with you of what is in your best interest. LOVE her!

They took me in recently and gave me lab orders for my cyst after I went to the ER for my hemorrhaging instead, trios wouldnt scan my ovaries five times in a row for being under 21 despite family history of ovarian cancer. I was given muscle relaxers for the pain, clearly doesnt work. Please go to a different place if you have a life threatening condition that needs proper care.

Waited there for 30 minutes for them to tell me I had to probably reschedule appointment because it would take longer than 2hrs!!! It was. Check up for goodness sake
