As an RN, I have attended visits to Retina Laser Eye Center with 2 different patients. I cannot say enough kindThings about Dr Sung, DR Phan and their staff. They have been knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and caring.Thank you, to each of you!

My daughter lost her vision in the right eye and we couldn’t get any answers as to why. I called Dr Sung’s office because the doctor in the ER said he was one of the best in Tri-Cities and they got my daughter in right away and ran all the tests necessary. The next day we came back to do another test and see Dr Sung again. He said he has been thinking about my daughter’s case all night and was researching more to find better answers for us, which he did.I am very grateful for him and his staff and everything they did for my daughter. They were all very caring and compassionate and the fact that they got my daughter in right away was so important so she can hopefully get a little bit of her vision back. He truly showed me that he cared about his patients and that he is definitely a very smart man/doctor.

This place is an absolute joke, the only reason they are still in business is because there is a lack of options in the tri cities. My wife had a 2:50 appointment and it took them over two hours to even get her back into room, then she has to wait for over an hour in the room. Dont waste your time on this place.

I would give this place 0 stars if it were possible. Please stay away from this office and doctor if you want to keep your vision and eye health. Poor customer service, horrible follow up, doctors fix to everything is a shot in the eye 99.9% of the time.

Best place on the planet! Opened the doors for me the Sunday before Labor Day. I hung up the phones after speaking to the on-call Dr. and drove from my house a mile and a half to the office. They were already there waiting for me. Had me seated and treated the minute I walked in. They removed an object from my eye in seconds. It was only 45 minutes from the time I left my home to the time I returned home. Just AMAZING!

This place is over booked, have not gotten out of here less than 2-4 hours. Yes the last visit took 4 hours and they had to stop the laser surgery because not enough of the numbing drops were applied before starting or they were wearing off because it took too long to do the surgery. Todays visit : one technician had a bad attitude told us it was a hard case to apply the numbing drops because lack of ability the bend neck back. She then told us that someone else would be in to apply more, and we have not seen anyone. I have left the room twice and I see the gals laughing and giggling at the station right outside the door. We asked how much longer and the gal rolled her eyes at my wife and said she is next. We got here for our 1:40 appt @1:30. Its now 3:00 and we still have not seen the doctor. Kudos to Chelsea, she is awesome would prefer if she was the only one we could have to help us.

Go somewhere else. They treat there employees very badly.

I have not been to the clinic, howerver I have had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Sung and his persona is very plesant and friendly. If I ever need these types of services I would go and see him.

This place was a joke . Overbooked to the point of almost 4 hours ...no need to show up a 1/2 hour early like they said. Unsanitary where I got an eye infection a few days later I believe was from their machines it how I was herded from waiting area then to hall to hall to a 5 min talk with doc. Scary place in my opinion. Glad it wasnt actual surgery and only to look at my retinas. Never even addressed why I was there.

Weve been here over an hour!!! If you come here, plan on at least two hours! Very disappointed in how the office is run, their schedule is way over booked.
