Dr. Baxter is kind and listens she asks you questions and seems to be attentive to your concerns.The office seems to flow smoothly and efficiently.The one thing I seem to find problematic is the flu shots never seem to get in soon enough.

I was concerned because of reviews, but we went ahead to try out this office. I think that the Only people that leave reviews are the few with a bad experience. The ones that are satisfied dont think to stop to leave a review.I have been very please with Nancy Baxter! She is kind, sweet, listens to my concerns, and has taken the appropriate actions to help my sick babies.

Reviews are a funny thing because I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr Baxter and her staff. Her nurse is caring and gentle. Dr Baxter is knowledgeable and respects my input as a parent. When my daughter was sick, the receptionist got me in same day to have my daughter seen and the staff even stayed late to do so. I have been very pleased with our care here.Side note: I had an outstanding bill for me from when I delivered and the office staff took care of sorting it out with billing for me and I am not even their patient...

Doctor is amazing but staff in the front are horrible !!

I was about to start taking my grandson here....but not after reading these reviews...nooo way will he be seen at this practice. Thankful for the reviews.

Very first visit included my children not even seeing the Dr. Receptionist was HORRENDOUS. Her attitude was high and mighty.I arrived 30minutes early and she LOUDLY told me we were late. When i tried explaining the appointment was for 2pm she spoke loudly over me saying The Dr MIGHT MAKE YOU RESCHEDULE! We TOLD you to be here 30 minutes early.We WERE!There were no books for kids in the waiting room. No toys. Nothing kid friendly. Theres aTV in a side room with a movie that was skipping.While we were filling out paperwork (which was outdated and almost funny) there was another mother that left abruptly saying she will not have her child be seen at that clinic ever again.I asked for my sensative paperwork back and receptionist said she has to file a claim before giving it back.Ummmm no. My kid isnt being seen, your not going to file a false claim through my insurance.She said thats too bad. I left and called my insurance company saying to not pay those people for an appointment that never happen.In the parking lot, i talked with 2 other mothers that have had terrible experiences too. One said dr Baxter dismissed her childs ASTHMA ATTACK and sent them on their way. WHAAAA?!This place needs to be shut down. Like, Yesterday.Oh... I also saw a big cockroach under the chair of the waiting room.Ive never been so disrespected in a Dr office. EVER. And they are CROOKED trying to get paid to do nothing but be rude to people that make their employment possible.Get a childs book in there for goodness sake. Its suppose to be a pediatricians office after all. 😒💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

First of all o have been coming to this office since 2007 back when they were still at the old building in front of kGH. They have changed Dr on me atleast 5 times but as of right now The Dr her self is a good Dr. But I am currently looking for a new Dr because the office staff is so unprofessional! So rude. I asked a question and she basically yalled at me. Then when I was done and ready to book my daughters next appointment that was supposed to be within 2-3 weeks, this incomplete receptionist booked her for 6 weeks!! My child is a newborn and needs her vaccinations done on time! It’s her health. Or a freakin hair appointment!!!!

Can’t believe a piece of paper takes 5 days to get filled out & signed by Dr Baxter. Worse place to bring your child, & workers there are beyond useless to put it in the nicest way.

Just a very cold, inefficient and weird experience.The doctor gave flat zero advice and just told me to make sure my kid drinks a lot of milk and to wipe front to back (father of girls, and my wife [their mother] passed away)Extremely insincere and just awkward. Stone wall, never listened to anything and apparently every ail a child could ever incur is fixed with whole milk and baby wipes.🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️
