I have never had a doctor be as patient, kind, and empathetic as Dr. Gavino. The most important thing to know is that I trust her. She is an expert in her field and a compassionate human being.

Dr. Gavino is amazing! She is friendly, kind and listens. I felt comfortable with her and she was thorough. I am so glad I found her!

I would not recommend, she seems knowledgeable from the one visit I had. However, I am new to the area and had my medical records transferred 3 different times. One time they had them, then they didnt, then they wanted me to send them again , I did and still never heard back. I call again, and AGAIN they dont have the records but continued to give me the same email and fax number to send them to. My doctor back home recommended I go elsewhere by then. I would not say they care about the client. I told them before I had an appointment I really needed them to have my records before I was seen the first time because I had an irregular pap, all they said was shed really like to get to know me before advancing. I wouldnt recommend this practice, no matter the doctor, clearly internal systems need some organization.

Dr. Gavino is an amazing doctor. Shes actually the only reason that Ive stayed with trios through their issues. This week my mom had a situation where she needed care & doctor Gavino had her staff call me several times to work out a time to get my mom in and to check on her...she hadnt even seen my mom in about 3 years because my mom isnt someone who goes in much. Then, doctor Gavino had a nurse call to check in on her the next day! Shes also been a great doctor to me as well.

Every time I go in there she acts like she cares when in reality, she doesnt. They have managed to lose all of my files since I switched doctors (which was more than 5 years ago). I kindly and eagerly request her to find them each time I visit and she (and the nurses) always promise me they will but never do. She never follows up when she says she will either.I really question if she even listens to a word I say while Im in there. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE OR DR. GAVINO TO ANYONE!!!

One of the worst doctors out there! Medicine is about helping people, she doesnt care about her patients at all, she tells you to call her but when you do she dodges every one of them. The appointments are in and out you can tell she doesnt want to be there and frankly she is just another doctor in it for the money. Dont waste your breath here, they couldnt help a fly!

Dr Gavino has been great in the last 7 yrs Ive been going to her. She is my Dr and all 3 of my childrens Dr.

Dr. Gavino had always helped me. She cares about people and does her job very well. Was very lucky to have her as my doctor.

She is the best family Dr. we have ever had.

I dont recommend her she knows what shes doing but it doesnt seem like she cares at all anytime i have gotten lab work done it takes weeks for her to get back to me
