If I could give this place a 0 I would! I had heard of others speaking great things about services at Zest Medical Spa in the reviews and was expecting to have a great experience, but unfortunately it wasnt the case. Olga was unprofessional. She walked me into the consultation room and asked me to tell her why I was there. As I proceeded to explain to her my history with botox she stopped me mid-sentence and said let me do my job! in a very rude demeanor. Who does that? This of course made me feel super uncomfortable and immediately reconsidered getting any treatment there. Ive been getting botox in some of the best clinics in Seattle and wanted to try something closer to home. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back here or referring anyone to this clinic! Ill keep taking my business where Im treated with respect and care.

Look no further! Trust me this is the place to go to! Very good customer service. All the ladys were nice, and really made me feel at ease. Also, gotta say Olga did a phenomenal job! This place deserves a 5+.

After searching for a spa to do a chemical peel for me for awhile.. I ran across this medical spa & thought i’d give them a try & wow! Hands down the best spa i’ve been too! 10/10. The ladies were very nice, & were very helped. I loved my results, & i will be coming back again! I high recommend.

Both my brother and i came in for a laser face treatment for acne scars and the whole staff was so nice and friendly, and let’s not forget super profesional! I will definitely be coming back for other treatments.

First off, let me start by saying a few months ago I had fillers done at a different place in the tri cities and I wasn’t happy with the results at all. I knew I wanted them done again but I wanted to go somewhere else. I ended up choosing Zest based on reviews and I’m so happy that I ended up in Olga’s care! First of all, her entire team is so kind and knowledgeable about everything they do at Zest. During the consult they asked me what I wanted done and they gave me every little bit of info they could on everything I wanted done that day. Then I was taken in to see Olga and get my fillers done. She asked what I wanted done, what look I wanted to achieve, and walked me through exactly what we would have to do in order to achieve it based on my own face (since one size doesn’t fit all with fillers). She and her team talked me through every single step of the procedure so I knew what was going on. She did such a phenomenal job on my lips. They look perfect, and are exactly how I pictured them looking. I’ll be going here from now on to get anything I want done. Olga is a lip goddess, that’s all there is to it. She is a true professional. I cannot say enough good things about her and her entire team.

Fist time getting dysport here about 2 years ago. I didn’t know how much was the right amount to get so I trusted Olga. She injected me with way too much dysport and I had a migraine and heavy eyelids for like a week. I now go somewhere else and get half the amount of dysport than what I got here the first time. I definitely got ripped off. Never going back here again.

The greeting you get when you enter is more than welcome .....Olga goes over the procedure to be done....She and Lulu makes sure,your experience and results are exactly as you want!!I definitely will recommend !!!

Olga came off as too pushy in trying to get me to get fillers that’s I did not want. I kept repeating myself and telling her what I wanted. I honestly did not feel comfortable in letting her touch my face with any kind of procedure. The pricing was unreasonable! Thank god i got a consultation else where with a reasonable price and great customer service. I do not recommend her.

I had a facial this week at Zest and it was the best experince Ive ever had. It was very relaxing and I left glowing!!

I had an issue with the service that was provided to me after my first appointment so I spoke to Olga about it she said she would do my procedures from that point on and that my next procedure would be done free of charge if I decided to stay a customer and give her a chance. I agreed to continue treatment under the condition that Olga performed all the procedures herself. I went in for my second appoint and Olga performed the procedure and I didn’t have any issues with that session, I feel as though I got the promised service. I scheduled my next appointment. The third time I came in Olga was in the room however she didnt do the procedure the girl that did it the first time did. I didnt feel comfortable making a scene and stating that I wanted Olga to do it, so when Olga stated she would be in the room during the procedure to assure it was done correctly I went ahead and had the procedure done hoping since Olga was in the room it would go better. The girl didn’t follow the same procedures that Olga did during my session and I felt as though I had once again paid for service I didn’t receive. I did not complain immediately after this session because I didnt want to be premature in voicing a complaint if there was later a noticeable difference, so I went ahead and paid for the session and scheduled another appointment. I recently called in and left a message for Olga and explained the issue I had with my last appointment. Olga never returned my call so I called 2 more times and explained the situation. Finally I called back today to see what Olga planned to do about this, to see if she would perform the next scheduled procedure at no cost to me since she had agreed to do the procedures herself after the first one or if she would refund my money for the last session and I would take my business somewhere else. She said she wouldnt do either and when I said that was our agreement she stated that I didnt get anything in writing so it didnt matter. I dont know about you but when I am doing business with someone I dont assume they arent going to stand up to their end of the bargain so when we spoke in her office and she agreed to do all my procedures herself after the first appointment I didnt think I needed to get anything in writing. I did not appreciate the fact that Olga said I wouldnt get the service I was promised and said good luck getting the money back because she didnt give me anything in writing then promptly hung up on me. Everyone has a bad day and I am going to hope that was the problem when we spoke earlier and she was rude with me and basically told me she didnt care what she had promised it didnt matter because she never put it in writing and she didnt have time to do the procedures herself. If she doesnt have time to do them, thats fine, she can give me a refund for the last session and I will find another provider or I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I had a few moles on my face removed. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Beautiful building! Laser procedure went great and was faster and better than cutting them out.

I just love v Olga! There is nothing I wouldn’t let her do! Botox, Fuller, laser peel! She has been taking care of my skin for years . She’s truly an artist. And the have so many other services!!

Ive been treating with Olga for 3 or 4 years for various types of services; she listens to what you have to say and then works her magic.Anicia has the best facial massages, if youve never had one now is the time. The only disappointment will be hat you didnt have one sooner!

I met the staff for a purplish area on the back of my knee, the area was diagnosed as a spider vein lake. After 3 laser treatments, Olga believes it will be gone once the bruising heals,The staff is wonderful, I would highly recommend zest of beauty.I talked my husband into going here also after 2 different dermatologist tried to help him with his facial breakout. Olga diagnosed rosacia and it cleared with treatment. I cannot say enough good things about the care we have recieved here!Shawn and Morgan Taber

As soon as you walk you get a great vibe. Everything is black and white super classy. The front desk was really helpfull and awnsered all my questions about the treatment. Had great results. Will be comming back.

I have called other places for a vein removal and other services that were booked out 2 months in advance required a down payment yada yada yada. I called zest and they got me right in are very professional and is very important to them that you are satisfied with your services I will never go anywhere else!
