The doctor was great!! My glasses arrived in a timely manner. My complaint and the reason I won’t return is the girls that are suppose to adjust your glasses to fit your face did not even attempt to fit my glasses. I don’t know if they knew what they were doing or just being lazy. Either way I won’t return.

Great experience from the moment I walked thru the doors. Front desk gal was warm and welcoming. Dr Boyd was fantastic. I was very worried my eyes were failing me but after my exam I relieved to know I have very healthy eyes. Thank you Dr Boyd.

I love the doctors but the service at the lab is terrible. My glasses that were supposed to be in by two weeks have still not arrive at 4 weeks. When they gave me my other glasses they didnt even try them on to see if they fit properly. I will be switching to the Richland office for my next exam.

I have a unique vision problem because my distance vision is different inside than outside. My original optometrist understood that and took me outside to evaluate my eyesight. He retired 6 years ago and I tried 3 other optromirists, none of whom understood the issue. My daughter recommended Dr. Boyd Robertson. He knew exactly what I was talking about and took me outside. For the first time in 6 years, I can read street signs before being right at them! Thank you, Dr. Robertson.

Dr. Boyd Robertson is the best. He is very personable and knowledgeable. I have referred my mother there and she loved the experience. I also take my kids there and his staff was great with teaching them about contacts. I highly recommend Family Eye Care.

My parents have been patients of Dr. Cox for many years, and have always had professional treatment. They referred me to the clinic 4 years ago and I have never been disappointed. Dr. Cox is very pleasant and explains procedures, treatments, diagnosis and prognosis in a manner that can be understood by a layperson. He answers all questions and concerns, and takes as much time as needed.The staff of the clinic is very friendly and professional. Their help in selecting frames is one-on-one and personal. They never hesitate to help. The front desk staff are professional and courteous in dealing with me.I would never think of changing clinics now that I have found the Family Eye Care.

I have suffered with dry irritated eyes for years. Dr Jacks told me about this new product they have called Lipiflow it massages and helps the glands in your eyes do a better job of producing eye lube. After a few days.WOW! What a difference. My eyes can work a full day at the computer and not be dry and stick with red angry streaks. Thank you Family Eye!

My experience with this clinic is all good. The luxury of this clinic is if your regular doctor is out, all the other ones are good. I have seen Dr Randall Cox, Dr. Adam Cox, & Doctor Terry Foster & all of them are outstanding. All the staff are very professional & helpful. Its good to have a quality clinic like this in Atlanta, Texas.

Dr. Boyd was so nice! He and his staff were friendly and took time to get to know me all the while being very professional and thorough. He explained things clearly and took whatever time I needed.

I have seen Dr. Thomas Lees in Port Huron / Fort Gratiot, Michigan since 2011. Even though I dont go annually but whenever I do the staff is always so helpful and friendly. Dr. Lees is a fantastic doctor in many ways. He is very knowledgeable Dr. as well as truly a personal and friendly man himself. After every visit I always tend to tell my friends about his service, knowledge and the great care he and his staff provides! As always Thank You Doctor Lees for all you do!

I have been seeing Dr. Terry Foster at Family Eye Care for years. He is very pleasant and has a great Bed/Chair side manner about him. He is also VERY thorough in his exams and he talks to you until he is sure that you understand how everything is going with your eyes. I have also seen both Drs. Cox, and they are also very good at what they do. I will continue to be a patient of Dr. Foster and Family Eye Care until such a time as either myself, or they cease to exist =)

I couldnt be more pleased with the service and care I received. Dr Robertson squeezed me in right away after talking to my doctor, even though I am from out of town. I am very thankful and highly recommend their clinic.

Good products eye doctors are nice . Sold me insurance on my glasses that was misleading and turned out not to cover my glasses. Giving them a 2 out of 5 stars based on the misleading sales pitch and my conversation with Linda. She can brush up on her communication skills that come across as a very rude individual.

They were polite, friendly, efficient and helped me solve some vision problems simply and quickly! I highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Cox and his staff for over five years with major eye issues associated with a health condition. These people are always professional, friendly and helpful. I have seen other ophthalmologists and none have been as interested or taken the time as Dr. Cox who takes the time I need to discuss issues and answer my questions. The staff is friendly, and take the time for a chat and a laugh to make the visit as enjoyable as possible. These people have it covered. We are very fortunate to have such a place here in Atlanta.

I have been seeing Dr. Cox a lot this year because of the dryness of my eyes. He has always been very thorough in his exam and explains every step to me. The tear duct plugs seem to be helping the dryness, along with the drops. I recommend Family Eye Care to all my friends.

Dr. Terry Foster has been my eye Dr. for many years. I have always been treating kindly by the staff and Dr. Foster. Both my children see Dr. Foster as well and really like him. I highly recommend Family Eye Care Clinic.

Took our 7 year old in for a check up and Dr. Robertson noted some anomalies and referred us out to a specialist, where we took her for vision therapy. After graduating from the program she quickly learned to read and started catching balls ; ) Thanks Family Eye Care for taking care of my family.

I have been seeing Dr. Adam Cox for several years. I have had the best of service. He is always very thorough in his exams. He tells you what he is doing and explains it if you do not understand. He and his staff are always friendly and careing. I recommend his toall my friends and family.

Not impressed. Customer service really wasn’t that great. 3 weeks and I’ve finally got my glasses after having to call my insurance only to find out all they had to do was fill out a special form. Seemed like a simple fix.

BE CAUTIOUS!! I was told about a procedure called BLEPHEX that was preformed by Dr. Bruce Robertson at Family Eye Care for my dry eye problem. The first 2 sessions went good but the third time he bumped my eyeball with the tool. Its like a dremmel tool and has caused me permanent damage and intermittent vision loss. I have attached a picture of my eye damage. I cannot afford the $50-60k it would cost to pursue a case. I was advised that as long as I left an honest review of my experience to warn others I could legally do so, so I am. Dr. Bruce Robertson denied it happening and he is NOT going to have your best interest in my opinion. In my opinion if are wanting an HONEST and CARING eye doctor I would recommend going elsewhere!!

Staff called about a situation prices were told they would be taken care of by them this time...to send up daughter... when she goes up she picks out frames then the next day they call and say it will be $80. Nice bait and switch. The staff does not communicate and they will hang up on you if they dont like what you say

Well when you keep your contact info up to date they great about reminding you of you appointment & should they have to ask you to change your appointment they are good about you an new appointment as soon as possible.

Great service and great people, always so friendly and helpful, I always recommend them to everyone I meet.

From the moment I entered to door until the moment I left and every moment during my visit I felt that the entire staff not just Dr. Foster were truly interested in my needs and not only wanted but demanded that I be completely satisfied with my vision solutions. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone...family, friends or strangers!

Failed to tell me my insurance wasnt covering my glasses again and were unable to supply a price quote for contacts, secretaries have been getting ruder over the years iv been going here about ten years but Im finally looking for a new place.The actual doctor is really friendly though and does his job well its everything else about the establishment

I received a quality eye exam and was even encouraged to ask questions. Overall a very positive experience.

I took my broken frame to them and was told that I still had warranty and that they will get me a new frame. It has been over two weeks and have not gotten my glasses. When I call and talk to staff, they just tell me that my frame should arrive any day. This is the last time that I go to this place. I have been having to use my broken glasses all this time and they are not offering any other options in the mean time and I need my glasses.

This opthamologist is a great guy.. his VERY obnoxious staff.. not so much.

Staff was friendly and we were in and out very quick.

They were rude, ignored us when we walked in like we are white trash or something. Used wrong insurance plus glasses came in ,but failed to call us. Refused to help then ask after each lady walked past me 3 times and as I waited ten mins asked in rude voice you helped umm no you seen that. Then threw glasses on counter and didnt say thank you are anything. Worse customer service ever $!!!!!!!!!

I been thru so many surgeries i lost count and been to lots of eye care place but i have never been to any like this one they are friendly and dont hide nothing they tell it like it is and treat you like one of the family
