The staff treated us kindly and with care, as foreigners we really appreciate it!

Bad bad service They told me to wait for my medicine for 15min and no buddy called my name I asked pharmacist about three to five times is my medicine is ready or not they never respond me probably. The staff behavior is so non serious.

Walgreens Chateau are painfully slow, incompetent, ignorant, and extremely hypocritical. This is why I go to an independent pharmacy.

I waited inline for 45 mins just to pick up one RX and tell them I wanted a flu shot. This use to be a great store but it’s taken a dive for the worst.

Clean interior with wide aisles. Well organized. Large parking lot.

Best thing about this store is I can always find Big Chungus and there 24/7. Love it man! Also sometimes I go in the bathroom just to think. Very peaceful, and you can eat lunch in there!

Pretty good selection according to my girlfriend Robin who does all of the shopping for us etc. She said the employees can be a little rude and slow at times.

They send a message that says I won a FREE gift if I complete a survey. I complete the survey and it says I must pay $5 to recieve my free gift. Why would you do that. Why not pick up in store?

I was coming back from work try to see if I get a chance to have my antibiotics. We are Saturday it is 20:40 and I am not feeling well. I see on the website they close at 21:00I give my prescription to the lady and she tells me she cannot prepare it for today, it will take too long!!! What? She had more than 15 min and I am registered at that place. In Europe boxes of drugs are already done, direct from laboratory it takes 3 seconds to do it. The woman didnt move and told me you can go to the 25 hours Walgreens. In my state she thinks I have energy to drive around and try to locate a place I dont know really? That was so unprofessional and in addition NONE ASSISTANCE to a person!!!! Let me tell you: the time I drive to the 24h place, give them the prescription and come out it was 21:00!!!! She had more than time to put 14 pills in a tube (more than one minute per pill). I will probably follow up with the manager. The business attitude against health priority in UNACCEPTABLE and this show high degree of uncompentency.

I went to the drive through to drop off hard copies of prescriptions( LIKE THEY ASKED ME TO DO) and the older lady in the window was completely rude and didnt know what she was talking about. They then proceeded to tell me that they didnt have 2 of my medications in stock. The worst part...the pharmacist had to come speak to me because they older lady hadnt a clue.

Rude managers lead to rude staff and severe incompetence. Cannot find a better example of this than at this Walgreens. Refused to sell us our own wedding pictures, then belittled my wife until she cried. Will not go here ever again, and will file a formal complaint against Thomas, the manager of the photo department.

Cigarettes are a dollar more than at other locations, and apparently a passport isnt valid ID? I swear these people just make up random policies because theyre bored. If you expect bad service, long waits, and jacked up prices, this is your place.

I walk in,2 different registers are open,I get in the shorter line and wait for the 2 people ahead of me to check out. the guy tells me I have to go stand in line at the other register.The other line had about 4 people,but I was so embarrassed Ill never go to that walgreens ever again.i go to Walgreens every single day.i spend at least 100 dollars every single time too.everyone in both lines looked confused and said that it was wrong.So,again,I felt super embarrassed,so I put all my items down and walked out.It was 11:00 am.on the 4th of July. I have now decided that I will spend my money elsewhere.

Terrible pharmacy. No human interaction whatsoever. They rely on the automated system to let you know something is ready only to find out when you arrive that there was an issue. Total waste of time on the customer when a set of human eyes and a courtesy phone call would solve all issues. I could understand if it happened once or twice, but this is the norm for this pharmacy. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Most of what they sell is too expensive. In store sales dont trick anyone . Buy one at reg price and next one 50% off is typical but isnt really a deal. That just works out to regular price for those items at other stores.Example: I just bought the sale price on progresso soup.. 2 for $5. Regular price $3 per can.

First of all this is not a regular complain, im just bringing this up because it can have bad outcome in future.Short story long, i am a active sportsman in a urgency came by walgreens to pick up some nutrition and get some medicine for my problem afterm asking for advice from Mr. Edmonds or doc Edmonds he didnt have any knowledge and didnt look like he wanted to help me, personaly left the impression that he came from the farm with the pigs very uneducated on top of that no knowledge at all, ended up bad. Hope he get better dont mind the manner if he would have given any advice.

Lost my ID, tried to buy a bottle of wine with my passport and they denied it, racists .

Understaffed. They have given us the wrong prescription more than twice!

Somebody needs to check you automatic machine in Spanish, you has a bad translation, the machine asks for day of birth and said the format of DD/MM/YYYY and never accept it, cuz should be different.
