I have been doing Bikini and Underarms Laser and it has worked really well, all the ladies here are great! Appointments are seen on time and there is no wait.

I do not recommended because they have a lot absurd rules and extra strict that affect the customer. Is very important to read the contract because when the representative explained me all requeriments don’t mentioned them and really is very extreme and ridiculous. The price for the service is very expensive so, I think that they should to care the customer and being more flexibles and less bureaocratics. I current receive the service and feel repent the having pay so much money was not worth it.

Jolie is awesome! She makes sure you feel as comfortable as possible during the whole session. Always has a positive attitude and genuinely cares about her patients. You can tell by how she talks to you and actually remembers you from previous visits. I’ve only done 2 sessions and I’m already seeing results!

I have been getting tattoo removal from Body details for about 4 years now. I have been at both the Coral Gables location and the Kendall location. Jolie at the Kendall location is amazing! Always asks if you are doing ok. I would definitely recommend asking for her when you go!

Joeli is an amazing nurse. She is always attentive. She ensures the client feels at ease and is comfortable. I’m doing a facial rejuvenation because I suffered from mild adult ance. I have seen a difference. I always request for her because she is always on top of her game and wants you to get what you paid for. Amazing place and staff! The staff is welcoming every time.

Jolie the nurse practitioner is an absolute saint and I get so excited now when I see she’ll be treating me for my session when I walk in. She’s incredibly kind, funny, answers all of my (probably annoying lol) questions with grace, and a wonderful nurse who cares about her patients and their comfort (laser is painful, y’all). I am really hoping I get to finish the rest of my sessions with her because she is awesome. Not enough stars I could give her on here tbh 😭

I am soooo happy with not only my hair removal results but I always schedule my appointments with the same technician, Jeanine. It’s like she is in my head as to what areas to make sure and zap the hairs away. She makes the whole process so much more manageable. Communicating every step of the way as to what areas she is going to treat and if we need to take a break. She is amazing!!! Front desk and scheduling is also a breeze.

I have three words... I love it. Going in, the clinic looked nice and clean. I felt like I was going to be treated with care. Awesome sessions with Sasha! Today was my fourth session but my first time with Sasha and what a difference! I was happy with my previous results because I did see a difference but my the other lady didn’t take her time or go over EVERY single area. Sasha really took her time and explained more of the process to me. She also lasers areas that weren’t touched before that should have been. Ask for her! She is awesome
