Very disappointed in the way that Jose treated me, who claims to be the manager of that office, I have been doing my laser treatments for years, I have spent more than thousands of dollars in treatments and just seeing how one person can treat you so disrespectfully. I think that a medical office should have a staff that is a little more friendly and willing to listen and help. Not to judge you or make you feel less. The only reason I kept coming was because of Marta who is the one who gives me my treatment. Outside of that they dont bother calling you to remember your appointments, they dont care if your package is about to expire or even a reminder they send you. Everything about this place is to get your money and from then on they are not interested in anything else. They are not flexible at all with the schedule and for everything it is a bad answer. be aware

The laser is ok but the new male receptionist is beyond rude over the phone and in person. He is also not knowledgeable of laser (He did not understand the difference between the bikini and Brazilian areas when I was purchasing the package). If you’re going to have an attitude, at least be intelligent. I have been coming here for 2 years but I would rather support a business that treats their clients respectfully. Will be finishing my current package and not returning.

I have been coming here for about a year & half. My first impression was awful because of the receptionist girls in the front BUT my laser technician is Marta and she has been AMAZING! She is the only reason why I continued coming to this place and I drive 40 min just for my appointment. Marta has truly made my first laser experience amazing. As you all may or may not know laser is painful (in my experience) LOL but Marta was gentle and cared how I felt throughout the session.

The receptionist( a guy) was really really rude. I was asking him a few things regarding the sessionsI bought for laser 8 months ago and he had no idea what I was talking about. He was not helpful at all. I already paid for the service so I have to go back no matter what. ( this is my first time leaving a review at any is the places I’ve been)

I have always come here and have referred so many people. I just called to speak to the receptionist and she was giving me attitude and when i was confirming with her what i should do in the two week grace period she snapped at me saying with attitude “yeah, that’s what i just said”. Ok i was making sure i heard right what’s with the lack of patience? Laser hair removal is very dangerous so i wanted to make sure of everything. I’m not giving you my money or referring clients to your location anymore she ruined my morning with that. Love the job you do and do it happily or don’t do it at all.

Upon arrival, staff was not attentive.

A place that I have been going for years, it brought me the biggest disappointment in seeing how businesses are still standing with people as badly treatable as the receptionist (manager) Jose was, a boy apparently full of problems that throws them at his customers in bad tone. Regardless of absolutely nothing. Here the only thing they do is steal your money.
