Worst doctor office I have ever seen. They always keep saying that doctor will see you. But I was seen by Nurses practitioner. I didn’t see any doctor there. Nurse practitioner didn’t see my test report. Even I need to remind her that my report has something positive. Service is ridiculous!! I am very much disappointed.

I have a very bad experience with the front desk at the clinic last Name Leon I think first name is Karen. She was very disrespectful with my mom even closing the window at her face when she was still talking to her. First the referral was not in the office and she said that it was patient responsibility, that’s ok, I understand but it was not correct that when I was talking to my mom to leave she said very loud “ perfect you can leave” with a very bad attitude, then things were escalating to the point that other employee came to assist ( Yanelis) and had to tell her “calm down I am going to assist them” and very nice and professional help us. It is sad that a very competent doctor and Nurse practitioner has this front desk with poor costumer service.

Worst office!!!! I took an appointment with Dr, but there was no Doctor in office. I was seen by nurse practitioner. They were lying with me. I think this is illegal.

Looking for a good Doctor I called and the receptionist didnt even say hi just talked to someone else and put me on hold

I NEVER leave ratings so this is a first but I wanted to warn others because I’ve been battling my condition for over a year, have seen this and other doctors and still have the same problems and symptoms with no explanation as to why they occurred or how to cure or treat them. It took forever to get an appointment even tho I had been to the ER and another gastro for the same symptoms. It took 4 months to get a colonoscopy/endoscopy/biopsy that she was at least an hour late to (you need dependable transportation after these procedures) and I was told a brief summary of the results by the nurse who had looked at the pictures from the procedure. I was not given proper details on how to prep. I had no Idea I would not be able to work the night before the procedure and got in trouble at work because of that. the results were never verified or talked in depth about by the doc when i saw her the next time. She prescribed me a medication with no refills and didn’t tell me what it was for.but did not help with the symptoms I was still having. One day I was in so much pain I called the after hours line and no one ever got back to me not that day or week or ever. When I asked her if she could give me something to treat the bigger problem she wrote colace on a paper and that didn’t work so I gave up. This was all in 5 months time and since then because I went to her, another doctor I wanted to try didn’t want to see me because I saw Marin already and said I’d be better off staying with her although I didn’t get anything resolved with her. It’s a year later and I’m still at square one unsure what I have/how to treat it, cure it, prevent it or why it happened in the first place.

Very bad attention, they take a lot of time to attend you definitely the worst attention I have had, I do not recommend this office bad mood and a lack of respect, almost 2 hours to attend you having an appointment at 3 pm they come to attend you almost at 5 oclock the afternoon

Dr. Cristina Marin is a Top Doctor. I have been working with her since 2015. Very good and the staff of her clinic very attentive and friendly.
