I had a very pleasant experience at South Dental Dadeland. The staff is amazing, and they have the best dentist in Miami, Dr. Rodriguez. He is an excellent doctor!!! Very thorough and caring. Im terribly afraid of the dentist and he is very sensitive to that and goes the extra mile to make you feel great.I am usually apprehensive about needles and it was no sweat at all. In fact, I am ready for the next needle. LEGEND. Highly recommend.

I have had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Fidel Rodriguez.The service is really great and he explain what he is doing or about to do and why.They are very open about pros and cons linked to various treatments and provide more than one cost option, allowing for one to choose not only based on benefit but on what you can afford at the time.Service is quick, but booking is essential, as they are quite busy.They operate a very modern practice. The staff is very professional and friendly.They most definitely deserve a thumbs up and I would recommend them as the dentist of choice in Miami.

I haven’t been to the dentists for years, but after making an appointment first time and getting an examination, then getting my teeth all cleaned up by Dr. Rodriguez, I have never felt better. The work is amazing, and thorough, my teeth looks healthy and I still have a few work left to do on them, but Dr. Rodriguez and his team kept me at ease and I am absolutely HAPPY!! I’m so glad I found this office! I had received the best attention ever. The front desk ladies are so familiar. The manager explained clearly every aspect about my insurance and help me with the application for Care Credit. One thing I loved the most is that even when the staff is mainly Latin that is not a barrier if you speak another language. Dr Rodríguez and Majo (the assistant) are the perfect team. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a professional and familiar Dentist Office.

Unfortunately, i had a horrible experience with the manager of this location! BEWARE of this location with your insurance claims. They will NOT inform you, if you are in or out of network. They will act as if everything is fine with your insurance until you get the bill! $200 for a cleaning! PS: I have Humana Dental, which is suppose to be in-network Manager was very rude over the phone and was yelling at me. Very unprofessional location.

I did a small procedure that at first I was not very happy with the result, but the manager of this location And Dr Gonzalez did an amazing job to fulfill my expectations. The staff is friendly, Kimberly, Natalie, Sebastian and Lilly are always welcoming and professional.I did my crowns here. Doctor Abrahantes is very detailed, he explained the entire process and while going through it he educated me on each step and what to expect next.The finished product? Great!! I have gotten compliments on my smile and my confidence is back in full swing.Go to this dental office for your simple cleanings and your work you want to do to get that smile back perfect.

I had my first visit with South Dental Dadeland and I can say the doctor and staff was really great and made me feel comfortable. I havent been to the dentist in a while and they made me feel comfortable and at welcome to the office. They answered all my questions and concerns. If you want to feel welcome and comfortable this is the place.

First time at South Dental Dadeland and it was a very good experience. The hygienist Angela was gentle and did an excellent cleaning and x-rays, both services were quick and not a pain. Dr. Abrahantes was nice and attentive during my visit. I would really recommend this place for first time patients.

Hands down the best dentists in town. The moment you want in the ladies in the front desk are extremely courteous. The dentists and dental hygienists are experienced and knowledgeable. Only rating this dentist one star because Kimberly was very sweet. I called the dentist as a new patient because I had a fractured tooth, they were kind enough to squeeze me in and see me that same day. After seeing the doctor, I was told I needed to follow up with another physician for a consultation. I scheduled the appointment 3 weeks in advanced. (Because that certain type of doctor was only in once a month) The DAY BEFORE my appointment I receive a phone call from a receptionist stating that she had to reschedule my appointment. She didn’t explain why.. I explained that it was fine but that I really needed to get in ASAP because my fractured tooth was in pain. She insisted that she find something that work with my schedule and possibly squeeze me in for Tuesday with that same doctor. She then stated she would confirm and call me back. I never received a phone call back so I decided to call Monday to confirm that I was put on the schedule for the following day. I spoke to a young man which had no idea how to help, I was placed on hold until I finally spoke to Kimberly. She apologized for the inconvenience and explained that she has no idea why my appointment was rescheduled and that she’d like to help me reschedule for another day. The next available date wasn’t until the END of February. I switched dentists as of yesterday and have no intentions of returning back to this office.

I really dont understand the other reviews as this is hands down the worst dentist office I have ever been to. What could have been a quick dental cleaning became a three hour ordeal because the staff decided to go flirt in the break room and ignore everyone else. The cleaning itself was not thorough and was done in a rush. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The service of the doctors I have nothing to say is excellent, but regarding the lousy administrative issue they have a mess when making the charges for the treatment, I recommend keeping the payment receipts until the work is finished, because later they will tell you that more money is missing than you have already given. Be careful with that!
