Doctor Maribel Lopez is truly gentle with you and she advise you very detailed on what are the best options for you case. The staff is very friendly. They honor your appointment time really well.

If youre looking for skilled, compassionate dental professionals, TrueSmiles is for you. I used to dread seeing a dentist, even for a cleaning. I put it off whenever possible. Dentists scare me because they make everyting hurt - from my mouth to my wallet. TrueSmiles staff and Dr. Lopez have completely changed my outlook. Dr. Lopez and her staff make sure Im comfortable before they do anything. She explains patiently and clearly what needs to be done and why in a treatment plan. Dr. Lopez answers questions in plain language and never talks down to me. She can be reached in case of emergencies, which is a huge plus. All her staff are friendly and professional - upbeat, personable and very competent. Her modern environment is clean and welcoming, but parking can be a challenge at best. Even my bills are always correct and her fees very competitive. She genuinely cares about the entire patient experience and it shows in every aspect of her practice. I think shes the best and I have a great smile to prove it.

Dentists, there are many.... Good ones there are few. Dr. Lopez and her team are on a league of their own. I have had 4 dentists in 25 years, and I have probably been going to Dr. Lopez for at least 10 years. The BEST !!! It sure is a long drive for me going from downtown to the Baptist area but it is totally worth it, and they dont seem to mind the couple of times that I have arrived late for my appointment. Super friendly crew !!! Recently they were also awesome squeezing in an appointment for an emergency I had.Dr. Lopez definitely cares about her profession and her patients. She takes her time to explain the procedures and she is very trustworthy. I highly recommend her practice.

After looking into various dentists and reading just as many reviews, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Maribel Lopez (not related). From making my first appointment over the phone to attending my first visit, and subsequent dental work that followed, my experiences have been nothing less than EXCELLENT. Dr. Lopez and her staff are true professionals that take the time to offer nothing less than the best dental care and service Ive received in many years. The attention to detail is certainly noticed and appreciated. The office environment is just as excellent. I will certainly refer my family and friends to this dental practice.

I hate to write such a great review for fear of not getting such quick appointments anymore. :) I have had several dentists that I have stayed with for approx 10 years, but I have finally found the best office yet. Dr. Lopez is an incredibly skilled, caring and warm professional who always knows whats best. The dental assistants are amazing and Natalie and all the front desk people are so nice and extremely efficient. Love this place!!

I am terrified of the dentist. This is the only dentist that has made me feel comfortable my entire life. The staff was amazing and explained everything to me step by step before they did it. Showing and explaining to me what was going on really helped! Overall, it was a great experience as a first time patient.
