Yesterday was my 2nd visit. I had my hair cut on my first visit, about a month ago, by Tiffany, and it looked great. Yesterday Tiffany was busy when I arrived, so I went with the other woman. She did not speak English well and did everything I asked her NOT to do. Not only did she cut off way too much, she shaped what was left into a freaking box! Now I look ridiculous and wish Id waited for Tiffany. Im not even sure my cutter had a license and Im extremely upset.

Always skeptical to try new places, but I think you can tell a good hair stylist when you see one. Lynn was fashionable, clean, and easy to talk to. The store was clean, the service was quick, and the haircut came out amazing at a decent price. I would go see her again and recommend her.

I have naturally curly hair and we all know that it’s easy to hide mistakes or have a hairdresser cut corners because they know it will look fine. I straighten my hair almost daily so it’s easy to see if there is any discrepancies. I usually see Tiffany (who is awesome, high attention to detail) but today I had the pleasure of seeing Linh for the first time. She cut my hair identical to the photo shown and my hair looks great curly or straight! Highly recommend!

Ive been here several times, and they always do a great job. Ive had two different ladies cut my hair, and they both were very professional and attentive to details. Not really sure what else you could ask for - good haircuts for a great price. Ill always come back for more.

Thomas always makes sure to spend time to cut your hair the way you want. You never feel rushed and he is always communicating with you to ensure he followed your directions precisely. My daughter even uses him now because she feels more comfortable with him than her previous hairdresser.

I registered online for mily kids haircut. But when we got there they said they didnt know how to use it so we had to sign in. Okay, 4th in line, no big deal. But then they kept taking other people out of line in front of us. It took 2 hours from start to finish. Guess Im done with Pro-Cuts.

Husband and I visited today and Tiffany and Thomas did our cuts. They were very professional and our cuts turned out great! Everything was sanitized and clean, and they followed COVID-19 protocols to the T. We will definitely be returning!

Great haircut (good attention to detail), clean store, and friendly staff every single visit. The entire family - 3 kids (6 2 and 1) and adults go here. All of us can get a haircut within 30 minutes. Never had to wait. Tiffany and Thy and Thomas and Tam (only on Wednesday and Thursday) are all fantastic. Family friendly environment.

After reading several reviews, I decided to have Mickie cut my hair. I have been spending a ridiculous amount of money on my hair at high dollar salons since I moved to the area 2 years ago. Mickie is the first person who has gotten it right. My hair looks great, it is cut evenly, and is easy to style. Thank you Mickie for doing such a great job!

Tiffany has cut my hair for more that ten years. I followed her to this location when she moved. Why? My head is a rats nest of cowlicks and few stylists can make me look normal. She takes the time to get it right. It’s worth taking the time to ask for what you want.

The lady who gave me my haircut was very friendly and extremely detail-oriented when it came to the cut I wanted. It was the best haircut I received in a while, and she got it exactly the way I wanted.

I went in on Sunday to get my eye brows waxed. I have been going here for years, and never had a problem. But the lady who did mine seemed in a hurry, even though I came in at around 330. She rushed through it, and burnt my eyebrow in the process. She also go wax in my hair which I didn’t notice until I got home.Sadly, I think I will be finding somewhere else to go.
