First time here and oh my I enjoyed it so much am definitely coming back! My daughter brought me saying this is the spot mom. Sophia was so amazing 🤩 she did a wonderful job! Courtney at the desk is so nice and she did tell me I would love it here and she was right ! Hands down 10/10!

This is by far the best nail salon I have found in the whole Tarrant county area!!! Every time I go here I am offered a drink,m. I have never had a bad nail tech here. They all know what they’re doing. If you break your nails at all during the two weeks after getting them, they will be replaced at no cost. One time my nails all were falling off within a couple day and I went back, the owner gave me a new full set no cost!I love that the owner is so kind and personable. Before Covid, she used to give all of her customers a hug and tell them to have a good day! She also calls everyone honey which I like too! If you choose to go here, you WILL NOT regret it!

Ive been coming here for a year now and I always leave loving my nails. All the nail techs do such a wonderful job. I also appreciate the wide color selection and the fact that they have on trend colors. Thank you, Modern Nail! ❤

Everything was good except I asked for a full acrylic set but instead they gave me dip nails and charged me for dip nails which wasn’t what I asked for. They did the same to my friend and there is a $15 price difference between the two so I wasn’t happy about that. Otherwise it was good

I called in the set an appointment, when I arrived they didnt even realize I had set one until they finally found my name. Then they had me sit down and wait for about 30 minutes. And many others walked in and were serviced before myself and my daughter. Then when we were given our pedicures, by the time they came the water was cold. Your typical pedicure wasnt even close to this “ Delux”. They could find the color I requested and tried to say I didnt say the correct number. It took two hours for this pedicure to even happen which the majority was spent in cold water. I decided to no longer get a full set because I was told I would have to wait again.When I was leaving a lady that came in after me but went ahead was fully done with a pedicure and a set.This is my third time attempting to come because it is closest to my house. Never again.

Very nice and clean salon. nail techs are super nice and do good jobs. been here twice and with my first gel nail pedicure it lasted over a month and even by the time I got them redone they still looked great even though Im so tough on my nails. they also maintain good covid policies making sure everyone wears masks and they have many dividers up too as well as cleaning the stations very well.

I have come to this nail salon three times now. Twice in March 2016 (wayyyyy back) and just now today. Both under the same management. I think her name is Kim. Shes a lovely lady and always happy and making sure everyone is doing okay. I got my nails done today by a nice lady named Amy. She fixed a spot as soon as I pointed it out to her.I took one star off because I got nicked quite a few times. Mostly near the cuticles, but somehow one of my fingertips got sliced, almost like a paper cut. I know it comes with the territory, but today they were pretty bad. Amy apologized, and I shrugged it off, but it stung a lot when she put something on my nails. The nicks she could see though, she avoided putting whatever that was on them so they wouldnt sting.

Im new to Texas and stumbled upon them. Love yhis place, its extremely busy and crowded, but worth the wait. The drinks are delicious 😋

Not coming back to this nail salon because i felt i was charged a lot and i didnt get the color that i wanted not even close.My nails are very well done but i asked them for a light pink almost a neutral color and they said they ran out so i chose a similar one but when the young lady started doing them they were a Bright Neon Pink... Really.... So i told her and she said well it gets a little lighter after you file them. But they didnt and they charged me $60. I wish i could post the color that i wanted and the color that i got.

One of the best salons in Keller/NFW. Very detail oriented, gentle, huge color selection, great ambiance, delicious drinks that arent watered down like others, comparable pricing & friendly staff. I love getting my nails done here. Its the only place I go. I take my nieces here as well and they absolutely love it. The staff is very friendly and the manager is absolutely amazing! She is the main reason I keep going back. I also go back because they aways do a wonderful job on my nails and feet. They do my pedicures the way I wish all nail salons would do it. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Really disappointed that I am having to write this, since I have been here several times before with no issues hardly, but I was looking so forward to having some “me” time, and getting my nails done for my upcoming baby shower. The technician put me at a chair that was not working, when I told her it wasn’t working she was put off that I needed to move. She didn’t offer to help get my shoes, and I had to ask the manager to pick up my shoes from the ground because it is hard for me to bend over being super pregnant. She was very aggressive with the pedicure and then was on the phone during the massage, holding her phone in one hand and basically tapping my legs with the other. She then takes me to the table to get my nails done and she was on her phone constantly, got up several times and walked away to talk on the phone, and was sitting in front of me counting tip money. Not once did she offer me something to drink or ask if I was comfortable. I had to flag the manager to get a water. I ended being there for two and half hours, and it was not an enjoyable experience. Sadly, this will be my last time coming to this salon.

I went back to have several nails repaired after my nails began cracking and chipping after just 3 days of my powder dip. The manager was very kind and accommodating but the gal that repaired my nails (the same one who did the bad job on my nails in the first place) was rude, handed my nails roughly and did a sloppy job. Doubt that Ill go back.

I got a lovely French-tip on my toes (the lavender deluxe pedicure) and tried dip nails for the first time. I opted for the 517 color (a lavender marble finish).My grandmother-in-law and mother-in-law are regulars and come every 2-3 weeks for nails and toes with no complaints!

My mom, grandma, and I have gone here for years. We never go anywhere else. Kortni always remembers us and the service is impeccable!!

I absolutely love the way my nails came out. I was a bit skeptical about the dip powder but they came out so nice! This is my first time in 4 moths that Ive had my nails done and this place made me feel safe during this pandemic. I highly recommend it. Everyone was very nice and the place was clean. This is my go to place to get my nails done. Most of the nail techs here does phenomenal work. The manager Courtney is just amazing! It is a joy to see the smile upon her face. The 4 stars is because I came there once and Courtney wasn’t there and that experience wasn’t as pleasant as my previous visits.

Amazing pedicures!! Modern Nail Bar is setting a new standard for customer service. Theyre always busy, but its never a long wait. Youre greeted with a smile, and hugged when you leave. They serve very tasty drinks and offer amazing spa quality pedicures. Ive never had a bad experience here and if I did, I would still come back.

I had a wonderful experience here. I got the luxury pedicure and it was just that...luxurious! I got the coconut and lime pedicure with the warm towel wrap, hot stones, and the paraffin wax wrap. It was amazing and let me say the massage chair, fantastic! Most nail bars it feels like the chairs suck, but other than that I will book more appointments here.

No sense in scheduling an appointment when you still have to wait... Great service. Terrible wait times. Im very busy and I like to be in and out.

The manager or owner is super rude. Shes nice to you at first, but if a tech messes up your nails and its THEIR fault, the manager will be rude to you if you request that you get it fixed and will be rude to you any other time you come in. I do not recommend them at all. They are always too busy and one of the girls messed up so bad on my nails that they came off. She was not accommodating either. I wanted to sit next to my friend because we came together, but she did not allow this to happen probably because I got a free dip manicure because HER tech messed up. Super rude.

This was my first time here. As I entered, I was greeted with a smile and felt welcome right away. They follow all Covid guidelines: temp check, masks, hand sanitizers, etc. This business is a well oiled machine! I had a mani and pedi and I had a great experience. Great job and I will be returning. Oh, and they serve drinks too (margaritas and water, to be specific).

This is my new favorite nail salon!! Why? My favorite tech Tracy (formally of QSpa Nails) is here. I couldnt let Tracy get away from me. Shes been my nail tech for years. Best place hands down. I have tried a few places and never have I have had the experience I have had with this amazing place. The manager is the sweetest and really takes care of the clients. I am all about customer service and love when I receive the treatment right back. Plus the nails are done right.
