Our experience at the Keizer Station pediatric dental location was top notch! Our hygienist, Gayle, was incredible, patient and friendly. Dr. Lane was equally amazing! Great advice and tips to keep my 3yo and 4yos teeth happy & healthy!

I love my dental hygienist, but I truly hate the effort it takes to make an appointment. You can schedule any appointment online except for dental appointments. For this you have to be willing to call and wait for the doors to hades to open to make the appointment. Why? We are in the 21st century, and let’s get with the technological revolution and let people make appointments as easily as possible.

Dr Wong and his assistant (I think her name is Kathleen) are the best. Yesterday, 9.16.21, they handled my anxiety like a pro. BOTH are excellent and I cant say enough regarding how much I appreciate each of them. Going to the dentist is the last thing I ever EVER want to do... I have extreme anxiety and stress from the poor dental care I had. They both put me at ease and make me feel like I will be ok, AND, their work is amazing. Thanks to both! I only hope they each know that individually and as a team they are awesome! Thanks to both! Karla Alexander

While on Nitrous, I was un responsive for approximately 5 to 6 minutes (no pulse was detected for 4 of those minutes). Dr. Matthew Jervis was negligent, deflective, & insensitive as I expressed I was not in a deep like fainting state as he suggested. I have never been called numerous times just to see if my gums were sore. I filed a complaint & nothing was done about it.UPDATE: I have replied to so many people through email & phone, but Im always given the run around. Ive been told I would be contacted, but never receive any response yet alone a solution.
