Just say it was a great experience. The front desk was extremely helpful and nice from the moment I arrived until I left. Melissa-H was the lady who helped me which I greatly appreciated but I must say the others ladies were nice as well because I need water while Melissa were making sure I could be seen and paperwork was correct. Then i went to back and met Ms. Kristina who made me feel welcome and warm as she ran test on me. She was very knowledgeable and didnt mind answering any questions or concerns. FYI she isnt a radiologist so she cant give out any information but will make sure you are comfortable with what is gong to take place. She had a lot of patient and she didnt mind talking to help ease your mind while she works. I loved her for that because some people can be very dry and only want to do there job. So Thanks Ladies for a job well done. I would highly recommend this location.

My X-Ray tech Nikki was kind and quick. I called in an got a same day appointment and was seen very quickly. The staff is kind and the space is clean and nice to be in.

My experience with this facility was great. My first point of contact was Melissa and she was super efficient. Then X-rays went super good, the technician was very proficient. For this visit I had an ultrasound done and everything was right on time from the front desk with Misty to my Tech Kristina. I arrived a few minutes late, and the best part was Lissette was my attending receptionist, but they all where part of the conversation, which was very welcoming, very professional yet making feel welcomed.My testing was performed by Toni, and her and I where able to have a conversation while she was reviewing the pictures, very sweet, and again very professional. We are going through hard times in all of our lives, it is important to be recognized as a human being, and not just a number! I am very impressed, and because of this....I applaud, and I thank you, for your work. Never change, its hard to find good employees and for them to be recognized. Excellent employees and facility!

Houston MRI Katy has been my go-to for a few years. The staff is very kind and helpful! I had to get imaging done asap and the front desk was able to work with me. My tech, Nikki, was very personable and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.

First time here getting an X-Ray. Appointment was for 11a and it wasn’t very busy at all. The place is easy to find with plenty of parking. Inside is very nice, cool and friendly staff members inside. Checked in soon as I walked in and was taken back for my imaging relatively quickly. The X-Ray tech Victoria was friendly, professional and courteous. Waited about 5 min afterwards to obtain a CD with my imaging on it to take back to my doctor. I was definitely recommend and come back if needed.

I had a very iffy feeling about going in for my scan. I had talked to multiple people the days before trying to get my authorizations in. It wasn’t very consistent on who you talk to. One of the front desk ladies had a bad attitude on the phone so I was unsure of how being there in person would be like. I walked in and was greeted. Very nice front desk receptionist. I was then called back by Nikki who was my tech. She had me wait but was so nice and offered me a blanket while waiting. She was very sweet and talked me through the scan and was very helpful. No complaints about my experience in person!

Always a pleasure having diagnostics done with this location. I have used them for years and keep returning due to the excellent service I always receive. Melissa and Nikki were able to accommodate a last minute appt time change as well since I got off work earlier than expected. Very appreciative of their care and respect for patients, especially those in chronic pain.

There is a great spirit of service in Houston MRI. We felt very welcomed here by the people working here. The front desk Melissa was very nice and professional. The front desk called us to remind us of the test and fast before the test even though we have received text message.My wife came here to do a abdomen ultrasonic scan. She did this in another place before we moved to Houston. I have to say the technician Kristina here is doing an execlent job. She listened to us, paid close attention and did a thorough scan. I feel the staff here would like to go extra miles to serve the patients. Its rare in many fields of our life. Had my first MRI today at the Pin Oak location. Both Dewayne and Bryan were super awesome. Dewayne communicated the entire time as he performed the MRI; created total trust. Dewayne’s bedside manner was unparalleled. And I wish I could take Bryan with me to every Dr.’s Office/ER/Hospital that required a needle; I swear I would no longer dread needles if Bryan was there. Can’t forget about Lizzette—very professional; she checked me in and the ladies even told me to have a great day as I was leaving—that’s rare. I’d come back to this place time & time again. Nice location, aesthetic waiting area, ease in parking—overall excellent!

I just recently moved to Katy and needed an MRI and went to the Pin Oak location with paperwork in hand. As I approached the front desk I met Jessica and she was a breath of fresh air. She took my paperwork, followed up with a phone call and even gave me her email address for me to send my previous doctor’s notes.When I arrived several days later and entered the facility she called my name, who remembers names after one encounter? Jessica did!!The Medic Bryan was very friendly professional and helpful in preparing me for my MRI.Finally I met Heather my MRI Tech and she really made me feel at ease throughout the entire process from beginning to end.If I every need another appointment this is definitely where I will return 😁👍🏽.Thanks Jessica, Bryan and Heather for a seamless appointment and procedure.

I had a pleasant experience at Houston MRI, Katy this morning. The staff was extremely respectful & reception was very friendly. My experience with the MRI Tech, Nikki, was also respectful & upbeat. Shes extremely knowledgeable as well as professional. She made me feel very comfortable before, during, & after the procedure, & took time to walk me out to the lobby.

Great experience. Everyone there is very kind and professional. They even took the time to help me with a discrepancy that I had as well. Will definitely choose them next time I’ll need an MRI.

I was late for my appointment. The office called five minutes before my appointment time and asked if they reschedule. They had an opening 90 minutes later. I arrived early, got the paperwork filled out, and had to wait almost no time. The tech getting me prepped was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Ernest the MRI tech made sure I was comfortable, warm, and understood each phase of the 30 minute MRI.My doctor reported that the radiologist report was exceptionally thorough and clear.

Houston MRI & Diagnostic Imaging did an amazing job they got me in and out quickly. Nikki was my X-ray tech and she did a wonderful job she was comforting the whole time and really made the whole experience better because I didn’t want to go originally.

I had an appointment today, and it went very well! They were able to book me in the same day I walked in. All the workers there, from the reception to the technicians, were extremely kind. My CT tech and paramedic, Kristi and Bryan, helped me relax and get through the process smoothly.

Although my ultrasounds were somewhat uncomfortable, Kristina and Emily were very nice and made me feel relaxed with their demeanor and attentiveness. From Selenne at the front desk to the young ladies mentioned, I was very glad to have their service on that day.

Katherine greeted me nicely and gave me a complimentary clipboard of papers to complete and to occupy my time. Kristina performed the imaging perfectly and confirmed my suspicions with all professionalism that I, a male, was not pregnant or missing any internal parts.

I’ve had two scans at this location. I’m happy to drive 30 min out of my way to have my medical scans here. Front office has gone out of their way to help me clear up my image orders with my PCP and get scheduled in a timely manner. And the imaging staff (Shannon, Nikki, and Brian) were great at making me feel comfortable. Expedient. Kind. Personable.

I got my MRI sent to the Katy location which is far from where I live. By the time it was authorized it was almost 5 pm. It took me about 1.5 hrs to get there as it was rush hour traffic. They close at 6pm but Perla at the Front Desk and Heather, the Technician waited for me even though I got there around 6:30 and still had to fill out paperwork. They were truly understanding and calmed me down and I didnt want to them to have to work way after their closing time but THEY PUT MY NEEDS AHEAD OF THEIR OWN. BOTH OF THEM WERE EXTREMELY NICE AND CARING. HEATHER WAS VERY SWEET WHEN PUTTING ME IN THE MRI MACHINE. By the time I left, I was relaxed and calm due to both of them calming my nerves. I WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE GO TO THEIR LOCATION TO GET SERVICE LIKE ME. THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR NERVOUS ABOUT WHAT MAY BE WRONG WITH YOU. THANK YOU HEATHER AND PERLA FOR MAKING MY EXPERIENCE A GREAT ONE!!! VERY SWEET AND KIND GIRLS.

Hate to give a bad review but I had a bad experience on 10/12. Ultrasound and bone scan were not a problem at all, nor was the CT a couple weeks prior. However the MRI was a horrible experience. I was told there would be hearing protection and a ball to squeeze in case I needed help. The tech didnt give me either one and started the machine before I realized it. The sound was extremely painful the entire time!! All the noise was right at my head. I tried to call out (even yelled for help) but never got a response. Nearly paniced half way through and I didnt know what else to do. When it was finally over (30 min maybe?) I told the tech but all he could do was say sorry. He said he heard me but the volume was down so I could not hear him. Ears still hurt! Dont let this happen again. Have a checklist proceedure before you begin with future patients!

This was a very good experience. The facility is very nice and clean, the personnel is very friendly and patient. Nikki was my X-Ray Tech and she explained exactly what she does and how I should stand, move or lay. There was also no wait time at all.I got a lot of X-rays of my spine done and it is very reasonably priced compared to other clinics I had X-rays done.Overall I can certainly recommend this facility.

First phone experience wasnt that great with customer service, but the visit itself was great. Everyone that I interacted with made me feel safe and taken care of. From the front desk to the little questionnaire before the CT Scan and the actual CT scan actually made me happy and kept a smile on my face throughout the whole process. I had to have several MRIs recently and went to the Houston MRI Katy location on Pin Oak. When I got there, the front desk staff was very friendly and courteous, but then I went back for the MRI. The technician that I had was unfriendly, I was freezing cold the entire time and my lower back was hurting and causing my leg to fall asleep which made it very difficult to remain still, so needless to say, I was not looking forward to going back for the next one.For the 2nd MRI, I had a completely different experience. Heather, my NEW technician, was AMAZING! I came in and she was very friendly, talked to me about the procedure, made sure that I was comfortable, put a pillow under my back and offered me a blanket because she said it gets pretty chilly in there. She checked on me throughout the MRI as well to make sure I was still doing ok. Thanks to Heather, I would definitely recommend this location and if you are unable to have Heather as your technician, then you may want to ask for the back support and a blanket prior to starting.

Ladies were very efficient and friendly. My technician was Nikki and she was SUPER sweet and did a great job of making me feel comfortable. I appreciate how hard these ladies work and how they take time for their patients.
