The care is minimal and they dont do their homework. They called me in and charged me for an explanation of previous labs and a physical in times of Covid, because we couldnt do it over the phone. They never really address any of my Medical Issues, except they kept trying to diagnose me psychiatrically. Its hard to call this place a Doctors Office. I probably wouldnt go back. They dont really seem to have the expertise that they should, and they push for more appointments with no clue what is on the schedule.

I have been a patient for over 15 years. Sadly, it is time to move on. Since going corporate the level of care and compassion is non existent. If you want a doctor who will talk down to you and make you feel like you are wasting his time this place is for you.

Since this business was bought by PULSE, the quality of care is horrible. No followup, no compassion, and they dont answer the phone.

Worst place to go for your medical need. Dr Linda almost killed my wife. This place is just there to make money out of patient. They dont care of patients because they know the patient is eventually gonna go to emergency in hospital so they dont care about their wrong diagnosis. My wife went to Dr linda with severe pain of some problem that should be easily diagnose by experienced Dr but she misdiagnose the issue and my wife end up in emergency room with the worst case scenario of the issue. I will never recommend this place, stay away.

I bet we are not first patients calling for COVID-19 issues to this office. After a long waiting at phone, they told us that they cannot see my wife after we have been in isolation for 20 days. The only option was a teleconference. No other options for patient care. I am Really disappointed. You lost two patients todayBtw, We followed cdc guidelines by isolating for +10 days and the same guidelines state that we could come back positive in testing for long time. So you need to revise your company policy and offer real options with patients with COVID-19 issues

Rude, unprofessional office. Setup a new patient appointment with this office for my mother, moving here from out of state after having a stroke, and the office was notified that it was critical that she get in soon for post stroke assessment and care program. 2 days before the appointment, I was made aware by a very rude person that my mothers out of state insurance wasnt able to be accepted. At NO time did I ask or agree to cancelling the appointment. Instead, given the immediate need, I spend the day at the social security office, DPS, and with Medicare to get my mother a Texas plan since she was going to be living with us permanently. Once the insurance was in place, I called these horrible people back to update the insurance information, and was advised that theyd taken it upon themselves to cancel the appointment, and that they would not be able to reestablish it. I absolutely do not recommend this business to anyone. They are horrible.

My family and i have been coming to this doctors office for at least 10 years. The new doctor is so rude!!! Most of the new staff is rude. Since Linda left, there is not hope for this place. There are a FEW, very few of the office staff left. From what i can see they are on their way out just like my family and i are.

Wow!! I have been coming to this office for years Id say since 2010. Ever since Linda the Nurse practitioner left and they went corporate and now are PULSE physicians, the staff is rude, and so unorganized! They treat you like you are causing a problem when you try to make an appointment, ask questions about your care . etc... so disappointing!! Looking for a new primary care physician...

I have been coming here for well over 7 years and the last two doctors I have seen here were AMAZING! but they left. The doctor I saw today was very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude from the moment he walked into the room and until he left. He tried to make me stop my medication cold turkey (this medication I have been told by previous doctors you can not quit cold turkey) and start me on a medication that does not help my problem but is considered a diet pill. He even made a comment about how the cornavirus likes people like you who are obese and have high blood pressure. I will not ever be returning here again.

After my Dr. at Kelsey Sebold Clinic retired we did some research looking for local Internal Med doctor. Have been using his office for a year and so far very happy with him and his office. He spent a great deal of time with me during my initial visit. A lost art when it comes to new age of medicine.So far I have another family member using his office and they are very happy with him as well. Looking forward to using his office for years to come.

My wonderful NP at this practice retired, so I had to see the new doctor. His initials are A.S. He did no examination, aside from a cursory listen to my heart. I requested a refill of my prescription vitamin D, and he commented that people at risk for osteoporosis were “thin, and you are not thin”. I replied that I had osteopenia of the hips and spine, and my left femoral neck was almost osteoporotic. He mumbled something like “must be hereditary”. I was not impressed with him, and will be switching to another practice. I do not recommend this practice. No one wants to be insulted or dismissed when seeking health care. As a retired NP, I know that I would never treat a patient that way.

Horrible customer service! Unprofessional.

I was referred here by one of my coworkers and have never been disappointed. I always schedule with the PA, Renee Dodd and absolutely love her! She’s extremely down to earth and easy to talk to, but very professional. Even though I have moved to Cypress, I will make the drive down to Katy to continue seeing Renee.

This place is very unprofessional. I was looking for a new primary care physician and I go here and a week later still no prescription that was suppose to be called into my pharmacy the day I went. I called the office and the lady that answered the phone said if you want to go somewhere else then go ahead. Very rude office staff.

From the time you walk in until the time you leave the service is amazing. When checking in you can always count on a Good Morning Ms. Michelle from the lovely Kay.Miss Cecilia comes in to do the vitals and she is always so positive and uplifting, which is wonderful because going to the doctor at times can be a tuff situation. I will say the wait time is a little long to be seen for Ms. Linda Olsen but she is worth the wait! Linda really listens to your concerns and comes up with a plan for you that best fits your needs and lifestyle. I love the attention to detail with Linda because you can truly tell she cares about her patients and healing. The time that is spent and follow up are worth the wait time. You truly can not be upset because you know she gives each patient that one on one attention and covers all the basis. When checking out the lovely Tangela is always there with a smile and goes above and beyond to find the follow up appointment that best fits your schedule.I have recently moved over an hour and a half away and will continue to commute to see Linda! Thank you so much for your excellent service!

I love Dr Pezzia. He is very caring, he takes time with his patients, and he always finds an answer! He is very intelligent and his diagnosis is always very accurate. My family and I have been going to Dr. Pezzia for years and will continue being his patients because we believe in him! We are very happy to have him as our family doctor.

I had an appointment at 10:30 for a tetanus shot. At 11:00 I asked how much longer and was shown back. My blood pressure was taken and the tech told me it would be another 20-30 minutes for the nurse. I left at this point because I had to get back to work. It should not take an hour for a scheduled appointment to get a shot.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Last few times Ive been in Ive seen Linda Olsen. Shes fantastic. Very thorough and doesnt rush me out of there.

I started coming here referred by my daughter to see Doctor Donato Raymond...My daughter was also referred by a coworker school teacher .. My husband & I are going on our second year coming to Dr.Raymond .. We are so very please with his expertise & he takes his time checking you & asking questions about your health. Remarkably best doctor .. Did I mention now my sister, brother in law & his mom & dad .. also joined in ... who are so please too ! God bless Dr. Raymond..

This past Monday I woke up with my right eye swollen shut. I called Dr. Willy Pezzias office as soon as they opened and to my surprise I was seen right away. As a first time patient I couldnt have been happier! Randy Donato was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He even took the time to follow up with me Tuesday & Wednesday to ensure my prescriptions were working. They have definitely earned a patient for life. Thanks again!

Poor scheduling ability with incompetent staff. Second time in the last two visits, yep, two for two. First time I was never even put on the schedule,but was fairly quicklyworked in . This time they scheduled for a different day than what I asked for, and from what they told me on the phone. Once again they offered to work me in, but didnt know how long it would take. Going to the dr already takes long enough when you have an appointment, I dang sure didnt have extra time today to just sit around and wait. Time to look for a new Dr. Tired of dealing with staff that cant schedule.

Front desk heavy set lady is very off putting. (The passive aggressiveness is not needed.)They really need to work on customer service skills. They try hard to make things more difficult for you as a patient.

Dr. Pezzia has helped me through many issues and surgeries. Very knowledgeable and understanding. The staff is very friendly and thorough. Over 7 years with Dr. Pezzia.

You dont get any better than dr. Pezzia and his staff. Since the day he met me hes always been the best level of dr there can be. He even calls on the weekends when test results come back. Never had an actual dr call and make me the center of concern. Like I said. You cant get any better than dr. Pezzia and associates. From the time you get in and out its the best experience you can have.

Dr.Pezzia is very awsome/great doctor/treats his patients so well,but his crew are not so respectful especially on the phone. It takes ages for the lab results to be put in the patient portal.

I recently had my first visit at Dr. Willy Pezzia, M.D., P.A. and Associates. First impressions were walking into the front door was wow, this office feels so inviting. I was greeted with a friendly smile by the front receptionist. The forms she handed me were quick and it would have been even easier if I had filled out the questionnaire online through their patient portal. No worries though, there is a computer you can use thats connected to the internet. Very convenient! I would say they should think about adding one more. Havent seen that in any doctors office Ive been to.I was escorted into the examination room and the medical assistant staff were thorough and efficient. I was immediately seen within a matter of minutes by a Nurse Practitioner, Raymond. He was very professional and well put together. He was also very knowledgeable. I could tell he was engaged in our conversation about my present health. He added value to all my comments by not only explaining the situation in terms I can understand and relate to, but also educating me on next steps. I was seen for at least 15-20 minutes and for other offices you would be lucky to see a doctor for 5 minutes.I had labs done at the facility as well. That was the most painless lab draw Ive had in years!Overall, I cant say one negative comment about my experience at Dr. Pezzias office. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Although I am not hoping to be back in a physicians office any time soon (knock on wood), I am confident and comfortable visiting again for all my primary care needs.Thanks guys!

I have been seeing Dr Pezzia since I moved to the Katy area now for 7 years and I still recommend him to my family and friends. It is so easy to schedule an appointment with him or Renee when I am not feeling well. My waiting time in the waiting room is less then 10 min when I have an appt. I just love him and his staff. They are the most friendliest and professional staff I have had in a doctors office. I am never without my prescriptions and when I have had the flu on a weekend it was within 20 min that the nurse got back with me and ordered my meds for me at my pharmacy. When I have questions regarding anything from prescriptions, appointments or billing, Isabel gets on the phone with me and has an answer for me promptly. They are the most helpful staff. I will continue to have Dr Pezzia as my family doctor and recommend his office to everyone I know.

Dr. Willy Pezzia was professional and care.Raymond Donato was friendly and professional, attention to patient.The front desk person was unprofessional,Act like not welcome to customer.

He has forgotten what made his office a success in the first place. I believe the future success or failure of his office will prove my rating in time. Visit and see for yourself.

DO NOT TURST YOUR LIFE WITH THIS MONSTER. Dr. P is negligent stuck up sorry excuse for a man and an even bigger disgrace of a doctor. For 8 hrs he ignored calls from nurses while my grandmother was having a stroke his orders to the nurse was just keep watch, the nurse took it upon herself to send my grandmother to ICU, but it was too late. Dr. P showed up to call the death. In his pink polo with what looked like a food stain on it. No words to the family. No remorse. Just in and out.
