Great place to work! Ive been given opportunities for personal growth and ti achieve my career goals. Everyday I am excited to serve individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. I enjoy the employee benefits, working alongside inspiring leaders and the passion of my teammates.

As a DSP I felt very unappreciated and underserved by this corporation/business. Thankfully I no longer work here, but am still being haunted by the unprofessionalism of this business. I was viciously attacked by a client back in January of this year and was sent to the hospital, and seven months later I am still receiving debt collect calls and bills from this incident, whom Randy HIMSELF said would be taken care of.

DO Not work here if you plan to be on the staff. They do not care about you as a person and expect you to come in when the school is closed. Everyone gets those days off except for staff, why, free work because we are salary!! What is the point of working for a school if you do not get the minimal benefits that come with working for a school? When there are no students coming in due to the weather, there should be no one coming in that works in the school and directly with students, that is just common sense. Oh and caring about the staff and their familys..... nope, not here. We are not even allowed to enjoy ONE DAY off with our families without penalty to celebrate our city in order to attend a parade!!! Not to mention that this school in year round, so showing some appreciation for the staff would go along way, not to mention help with the turnover. This is a joke of a school. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! They are for profit for a reason!!!

My two sons have been going to the early intervention clinic for years. The staff is like an extension of our family. I couldnt say enough good things about the program here. It is obvious that it isnt just a job to the staff here, but their passion to help the little ones. They really get to know your child and individualize a plan to help them overcome their developmental delays. My children have come SO far while attending here. I am so confidant that when it comes time to enroll my boys in Kindergarten, that KC Behavioral Health Early Intervention Clinic helped them with the social and ready to learn skills needed to be successful in the everyday life of a elementary school student.

Terrible company and zero support for their employees before or during the crisis we are currently experiencing.
