Incredible sense of humor and ability to communicate complex medical issues into easy-to-understand words. I cant say enough great things about him. Id recommend him in my strongest terms possible.

Dr Charochak has been my primary care physician since I was a child. I appreciate how he takes time to explain things and always listens carefully to what I have to say. He’s also very kind hearted and has a good sense of humor. Count on him to give you everything you need to get better.

Love Dr. Charochak. Ive never had a problem getting in when I need to. There was a long time to wait for my first new patient appointment but after that, no problem. Dr. Charochak, specifically, is great, he always makes it comfortable and I actually love his sense of humor.

Dr. Charochak is a wonderful doctor. He is patient and listens. His staff are also wonderful. Sometimes they can be a little slow at returning calls but they have a very busy practice.

I became, or maybe was all along part of the herd, I felt. Would wait at least an he to be taken to A smaller waiting room, while there are still 3 patients ahead of me. And he became too busy to approve my much needed brain injury anxiety medicine. So I moved on to a dr that gets me right in, and approves my much needed anxiety medicine, in a timely manner.

Dr is easy to talk to. He listens to youconcerning your illness. He explains anythingyou dont understand. Nurses are friendly and caring.

These people will not return phone calls. If you need someone to call you back the same day, forget it. I do my moms prescriptions and i talked to anurse 2 weeks agoto get a script refilled, and still nothing. My mom has the hardest time getting a nurse to call her back. I think this is very unprofessional the way this office is run. If i could give less than 1 star i woul
