I’ve seen Dr Krumm for close to 10 years. He’s always on time, professional and genuinely concerned for his patients. Add to that, he’s always been spot on in his diagnosis and treatment. My wife and I recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

We had an excellent experience seeing Dr. Krumm for my husbands initial visit to establish himself as a patient. My husband has been to a multitude of doctors over the past several years as he has an unspecified auto-immune. Dr. Krumm was very kind and actually listened to all of our concerns. I plan to set up my new patient visit asap! The staff is also very friendly which speaks volumes in this day in age in the medical profession! Not a sterile environment at all! Warm and inviting and lets face it most of us do not wish to go to the doctor!

Dr. Rozella Ranes and Dr. Jeffrey Leurding are both phenomenal doctors, although Dr. Ranes has a tendency to be very late to scheduled appointments. The staff is very caring and nice at this facility. The pharmacists even remember my name and have my prescriptions ready and waiting for me.A major issue and the reason this facility earns 3 stars instead of 5 stars is there is no way to e-mail them, and you cannot leave a voicemail on their phone. The only option you have is to wait until the next day or contact an emergency doctor.Also, the magazines are wack and the water fountain is sometimes broken. Their scale also says Im ten pounds heavier than I should be, you know how it is.
