I had to go to the ER March 21st. I paid my bills to the hospital. Apparently there was also a fee from MEP. Our address changed (I was laid off due to COVID) and now my bill is in collections because they kept sending it to the wrong address. Deapite having my phone number on file I WAS NEVER CALLED to try to resolve this issue. A simple 2 minute phone call would have solved the entire issue. Instead my bill (that I didnt even know I had) was sent to collections which can ruin my credit.
