I love Dr. Horwitz & his staff. They are always so friendly. Dr. Horwitz always has time to answer any questions & explain the why of any of his directions. This may explain the long wait times to see him for your appointment. It not unusual to get in 30 - 45 minutes after your appointment, but his smile & attitude make it worthwhile.

Great personality, really listens to you and without being critical.

Ive seen alot of doctors in my 51 years but Dr. Horwitz by far is the best one ive seen yet. He didnt rush me, he stayed and answered all our questions, not to mention he has one hell of a personality. Very funny and personable guy. I recommend him and glad I was referred to him.

Dr Horwitz is an outstanding Doctor! The office staff is a circus ! I was lied to twice about a simple prescription error! Once by the office supervisor. Don’t expect call backs or updates on your lab work because you won’t get them. And if you confront the office staff about their mistakes they have you escorted out!

I was very nervous what was happening to my body. Dr. Horiwitz spent ample time with me during my visit explaining what was going onand how we would proceed to fix things. I am glad he is my urologist.

Dr. Horwitz and I hit it off straight away because he saw my Zildjian hat and is a fellow drummer. He was extremely thorough and spoke in laymans terms. If I could have realistically have more than one vasectomy, I would gladly let him do all of them.

Dr Horwitz and staff are great! Compassionate and sensitiveMy primary concern is the wait time. Dr Horwitz always takes whatever time is needed to answer questions and spend time with his patients. However sometimes this means lengthy delays. For example my appointment was for 3:30pm. I arrived early to make sure paper work was filled out and up to date but did not get in to see him until well after 4:00 pm. More than a 30 minute wait. Close to an hour wait.

Dr Horowitz is very thorough and professional. He first helped me in the emergency room after 7 other Doctors could not perform the procedure I needed. After being under his care he later performed surgery on my 2 years later with great results. He has vastly improved my quality of life.

Dr Horwitz was great. I had to follow up with him for kidney stones. He showed me my cat scan and the one stone. He listened very well to my issues and understood what was going on. No more expensive test as my routine seem to work and follow up to make sure it is working.

My experience with Dr. Horwitz and his co-workers was exceptional. Paper was handled largely before my appointment. Dr Horowitz makes it seem natural to be spread eagled on a bed with all your bits exposed. His gentle humor makes a cystoscopy bearable.
