My children have been seeing Dr. Aarons for nearly 15 years and for good reason. Dr. Aarons is the best! My kids love going to the dentist. He and his amazing staff have always been so courteous. My children have been taught proper dental care by seeing him regularly and with the treatments offered, they have never had a cavity. The environment is very pleasant and everyone working there is genuinely helpful and caring. I am so grateful for our experiences with Dr. Aaron’s’ office. Strongly recommend!!

Dr. Aaron was my pediatric dentist until I was 25! Yes 25!!! His practice and staff are the best! He now treats my children and they love to come to the dentist. The upmost down home professional staff. You are not a patient but apart of their family.

Dr. Aaron and team are absolutely amazing. My son actually enjoys going to the dentist. They are patient, extremely communicative to the child as a patient and the observing parents. They are great at putting the child at ease to make it a joyful experience. Could not have asked for a better experience for my son and myself as a parent to watch him go through it all.

I had went through about 3 different dentists before I found Dr. Aarons and I am so happy that I went with my gut feeling and waited until I felt I found the right dentist for my son. He is absolutely excellent at what he does and excellent with my son (who has ADHD) as well!! I found our forever dentist, yay!!!

They are fast, they are great at helping kids get used to regular dental care so they aren’t afraid, which is more than half the battle, and they do an excellent job w/care, fillings, and take time to explain everything to us. This is the most amazing pediatric dentist office we have ever been to. Every single staff member cares for each of the patients. They are so thorough, diligent, and amazingly fast that all five of children have never been afraid of visiting Dr. Aarons. If anyone of them showed any anxiety Dr. Aarons has this magical way of putting the right at ease.The office staff is beyond fantastic! After going to this wonderful denist office for over a decade I consider the entire staff friends and family.

Every person in this office is a joy to speak with. From reception, to hygienists, to Dr. Aarons himself, everyone was welcoming, calming, and pleasant. Dr. Aarons took the time to discuss my son’s lost tooth. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional while also being so sweet to my 8 month old. My son was given a toy after his visit. Can’t wait to come back!

This was my son’s first real dental appt. He’s been to the dentist with me several times and they started getting him familiar with the chair and touching his mouth, but never any work done. So he was very nervous about going today. They were very patient and accommodating to him. He has good amount of energy and when he’s nervous he can show off for those around him a bit at first. They were patient with him until he finally settled down and became compliant. They have a salt water fish tank which caught his interest first and then all the tools were battery operated so things went fast and they could manipulate a squirmy child. The main dentist was very sweet natured and nice to chat with. They had a really cool selection of toothbrushes, all name brand cartoon and Disney characters, very nice! He got to pick from different flavors of polish and toothpaste too. They had several flavors. Then at the end, he was able to pick from several full drawers of neat kids toys. He was in his glory. When we left and got into the car, he said, mom that was awesome, when can we go again! Phew! This are the exact words a mom wants to hear after the first dentist appt.! I would suggest that they have a sign or some type of notice to patients that they need to wait at the door to get their temperature taken and sprayed with sanitizer. This is the first time at a dentist since the pandemic began, so we aren’t privy to the rules and regulations currently. The front desk gentleman was a bit abrupt when we first walked in. He directed us to stand by the door until someone took our temperature. I’m sure he gets tired of saying that, but a real good fix for that is a big colorful sign directing patients on what they’d like us to do. If they do already have a sign, I’d suggest making it more visible, such as one of the standing in place signs that could go right in front of the doorway and/or something attached to the door that they had propped open. I think that would be helpful to the new patients as well as alleviate the front desk attendant’s hassle of having to remind people. Just a friendly suggestion! Love the place!

We have been going to Dr Aaron’s office since my 18 year old was 2. We love their office and all the staff. We never sit in the waiting room long before the kids are called back. Appts are fast and thorough. I recommend this office to all my friends who need a pediatric dentist.

My daughter loves going to the dentist at Dr. Aarons’ office. She is so excited to go and is more excited after her appointment. When she was 3, she started going back to her appointment by herself! There is a male receptionist there who is very rude and racist. Ive brought my children there twice and he has shown himself with me to be very rude. I noticed how he spoke more softer and was more patient with the white individuals than myself. He has called to even notify me of my childrens dentist appt with a nasty attitude. I will never bring my children here again. The dental staff aside from him are wonderful, however. But, I will be seeing who else I can talk to to report him and get him fired. He is very unprofessional.

PROBLEM Concerning my 5 year olds $2,000 dentist bill after insurance coverage. I called to request my sons dental records and the gentleman at the front desk was very nasty with me. When he and I last spoke he was very nice and understanding as to why I needed the records. However after taking my son to his doctor for his regular check-up I spoke with him about the work my son who is 5 years old needed and the doctor replied wait and have Aaron Kurt pediatrician in the KCMO send me his records. Which I did. My doctors office ask me to call and check on the records which I wish I had not done because how I feel now about Aaron Kurt pediatrician in the KCMO is that I will never recommend any family, friends or co-worker to this dentist office. I was spoken to very nasty and my questions were answered very quick and short. I asked if his day was going well and that still made matter worse. Its cray how the front desk help and the dentist himself are ok with him speaking to a paying not MEDICAID customer. I work had and just want the respect that I give my customer when I answer my phone at my desk. FEEDBACK: In the future please answer each call as if it was your first call of the day Hello how can I be of assistance to you today!!!!!!!!! WANTED: a dentist office with nice front desk personnel every day for 2 boys!!!!
