Our family have been using them for years. The dentist is great with our special needs son as well. I have tried many dentist in the northland before settling in here. I really like the staff and the professionalism.

This was my first time at Northland Dental and I must say, everything went like clockwork. There was no dilly-dallying which is just the way I like it. Dr. Mancin and his staff answered all of my questions and I appreciate their knowledge when it came to insurance. Would definitely recommend to my friends!

Dr. Mancin and his staff have been taking care of our family for over 10 years. They have always done a wonderful job. The staff is very friendly and caring. My kids actually look forward to their cleanings! They have upgraded their technology. Gone are the days of being picked to death with the metal scraper. Now, a device that uses high pressure water is used to clean your teeth. They have replaced traditional film X-rays with a digital X-ray system. The oral device that is placed in your mouth is much smaller and more comfortable. You no longer have to wait for films to be processed and hung for Dr. Mancin to review. I love the new upgrades in technology. Thanks for the great care!

Arrived 10 mins early for my appointment. After waiting 30 mins I asked the reception how much longer? She kindly went to check with the provider who said maybe another 15 min wait.. I decided to leave instead. I wont be back! Smh

I wasnt sure what to expect what with the new COVID-19 precautions. They have a sign on the door explaining that only two patients may be in the waiting room at a time, masks to be worn until you are seated in the exam chair, etc... I think a sign next to it with something like READ THIS BEFORE ENTERING in large print might be helpful. At the reception desk my temperature was taken (using a non-touch scanner) and I was asked questions about my health and potential exposure to COVID 19. I had arrived about 10 minutes early and sat in the waiting area until the actual appointment time. As usual the staff were very friendly and professional. 80s music in the overhead speakers at just the right volume to be pleasant but non-intrusive.

Dr Mancin and his staff always treat me well. Very relaxing. Recently I had a tooth break. It turned out to be old dental work. They squeezed me in, took X Rays and got me an appointment to resolve it very quickly.

I felt pressured to move forward with procedures that are not my top priority.I was, however accommodated by scheduling most conveniently.

Spending time needed to explain issues, review options to ensure the best healthy outcome from cleaning to the major dental work. Marks advice has even extended beyond when working with other dental partners to oversee they meet or exceed his expectations.

My first visit to Northland Dental today is rated A+. My hygienist Kathy was professional, thorough and very personable; Dr. Mancin was as well and seemed very trustworthy which I really appreciate. I will definitely see them again in 6 months!

I have been a patient of Dr Mancin for over 25 years and will continue to keep seeing him. His staff are very good at what they do. I always feel very secure when I have to had dental work done. And they make me feel like Im their number one patient.

I got online last night and used the website to request an appointment. I picked this particular place because they had good reviews and it was very close to where I live, thinking I could go on a Saturday or one day before work. I got a call this morning while I was at work from the dentist himself telling me that he had a cancellation at noon today and if I could make that work hed be happy to see me today. I work 35 minutes away, but I was happy to make it work as I have a wisdom tooth unexpectedly coming in and Im in quite a bit of pain.I left work early and arrived to the dentist at noon. As expected, I had to fill out a little bit of information. That was done by 12:10. At 12:55 I asked if they had any idea when I might be able to be seen, as it had been almost an hour and work was expecting me to be back as it was just a consultation that I had scheduled today. At 1:10 (over an hour after my scheduled appointment time) I was told it would be quite a while before I could be seen. I left infuriated that I had wasted half a work day and drove 35 minutes away, only to have to turn around and go back having accomplished nothing and still in pain.I work in healthcare and think Im pretty reasonable about wait times. I understand the process of verifying insurance and I understand that things come up unexpectedly. I wouldnt expect him to step away from an emergency to see me. What Im frustrated about was the fact that at no point in time did someone think to call me to tell me that the noon appointment wasnt going to be happening. It would have been nice to have even been told that when I got there, instead of waiting for over an hour. I think that they should have approached me before I came to them to let me know that it was going to be at least 2:00, if not later before they could see me (again - appointment was at noon). I dont know how long they were expecting a patient to sit there blindly waiting. I would have happily scheduled for another day. So now, Im missing a half day of work (which I really cant afford at this time) and will have to miss another half day this week for a different appointment at a different dentist.Very poor customer service by the dentist. I feel bad for the lady waiting behind the desk, as she was made to be the messenger in this whole ordeal when she had nothing to do with it. Again, the dentist himself called me to ask if I could come in today.

Very friendly and personable staff. Will not try to sell you services you dont need like chain dental office. Dr. Mancin is great

Dr. Mancin and his crew are top notch! Literally the best dental service Ive ever received. I have a terrible fear of dentistry. Im even scared to call a dentists office. Dr. Mancin has totally turned that around for me. Im immediately put at ease when Im at his office. I tell everyone I know about Dr. Mancin.My children have had work done by him as well. Hes patient, respectful, and has a wonderful demeanor towards children.His needle game is on point! At past dentists I could feel every poke. With Dr. Mancin I dont even feel the awful pressure from the needle in that initial semi-numb state.Well be coming here as long as hell have us.

I have been going to Dr. Mancins for almost 15 years. He and his staff are always super friendly, attentive and always tell you exactly whats going on. You can tell Dr. Mancin knows what hes doing and stays on top of new technology and information in the dental world. I would highly recommend him.

I have been going here for a few years now and Ive had to have quite a bit of dental work done because of neglect on my part :) I would highly recommend them, they take care of you really well and really know what theyre doing.
