The staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained every step and procedure to me and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I felt like were family members who havent seen each other in awhile.

My entire family comes to Dr. Moreno office. Dr. Moreno and her staff are excellent at explaining how to properly take care of your oral health . They go above and beyond to make sure that you understand all of your options. As a health professional, Dr. Moreno and her staff are always up to date with the medical and dental guidelines. I’ve been a patient at other dental offices and they don’t come close to Dr. Moreno’s office. I recommend this office to everyone!

Moreno Family Dentistry is a wonderful dental office. Dr. Moreno and her staff make a real effort to get to know you personally. She is a very meticulous dentist and keeps track of any areas of concern or to watch. She is a very experienced dentist, and she, as well as many of her staff, are bilingual.

On my appointment day upon arriving I was greeted with a smile and a pleasant attitude. The assistant explain each procedure and she was very polite as well. I was treated like I was the only patient that they were concerned about at that time. I believe you couldnt get better service anywhere else. Lets support small businesses.

If I could give zero stars I would!! STAY AWAY from this dentistry! They do sloppy work, and do not care about the patient!I sent my mother to the Moreno Family Dentistry office as I was looking for an office with bilingual staff since English is not her first language. She went in with a terrible tooth ache and infection. They pulled the wisdom tooth and sent her on her way, they didnt even take a post-op xray to make sure the area looked healthy once the tooth was taken out, which is standard procedure, I know this because I worked at a dental office for 5 years.She was in extreme pain after the extraction which is NOT common! Anyone who has any common sense could tell she had the infection still prevalent. I called to see if they could prescribe her antibiotics or extra strength Tylenol to help her with the pain and infection. The employee who answered the phone did not listen and instead started GASLIGHTING me into believing that this was normal! If it wasnt for my previous experience working in the dental field I might have believed him. Her pain the evening after the extraction was a 10 out of 10 and I told him this was not normal. There was never a follow up from the dentist or any compassionate care follow for my mother, even though they knew exactly what was going on.The next morning she woke up even worse! The infection had spread to her ear and eye, her entire left side of her face was swollen, again, NOT NORMAL!!! I called the dental office once again to let them know she was even worse that next morning. Unbelievably once again, that employee told me this could be normal and to just have her take two Tylenol and two Advil. I could not believe it... after a tumurltous discussion with the Dr. Morenos employee he agreed to schedule her in so the Dentist could take another look. They barely attended her and prescribed her pain medication. This did NOT HELP THE INFECTION! The next day(two days after her tooth was pulled) we ended up going to a different dental office where they did help her compassionately and prescribed her antibiotics. The other dental office was shocked Dr. Morenos office failed my mother over and over again.If you are looking for a bilingual dental office THIS IS NOT THE ONE!!!! RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM MORENO FAMILY DENTISTRY!!!

I have had to have some fairly extensive dental work done over the past year and a half. Dr. Moreno has been one of the best dentists I’ve ever worked with, and has worked with me to help prioritize which work needs to be done first and which I could wait for for financial reasons. I would (and do) highly recommend her and her practice!

The Dr and staff are amazing. They are polite and professional. I don’t live in the area, but will travel here for as long as I’m able.

This was my first time coming here, and definitely wont be the last! The front desk staff was very nice, personable, which made the visit a little less nerve wrecking. After passing to the back to the actual visit the doctor was very nice, very knowledgeable, as well as the hygienist. Everything was very thorough and well explained, Im excited to continue coming here! 10 out 10 I recommend!

I was in the office for cleaning and first met Mercedes at the desk. She was very pleasant and helpful. I met her after my cleaning to set my next appointment again she was very helpful. Clarissa,my Dental hygienist was very polite and thorough. See found some issues explained them to me and sent Dr Moreno her findings. I was very pleased with the visit.

My children have been clients here since they were 12months..the oldest is now 11 years old. Everyone I have encountered is kind and understanding. Recently I totally forgot about an appointment I setup for all four of my children instead of being greeting with attitude, they worked with me professionally on rescheduling and even went over and beyond with offering to give me a call one hour before the appointment time. Great office, would highly recommend.

My experience at Moreno Family Dentistry was warm and caring. My hygienist, Juliette, was cheerful and gentle: she put me right at ease. She was also very knowledgable. My dentist, Dr. Ruse, explained his recommendations as he went along. He was also gentle and courteous. I’m usually scared to death at the dentist’s, but this practice goes the extra mile to establish a connection with their patients. One other thing, the staff at the front desk is extra attentive and respectful. The young lady and gentleman who dealt with me were thorough and made an effort to explain all charges beforehand, give me discounts, and vet my insurance. I really appreciate everyone at this office!

Immediately upon contact with the office, I received a call, and the pain and tooth issue was addressed. Advice was given on how to provide immediate care until I arrived at the office. I have not been to see the Moreno family dentistry in 2 yrs they always make it a point to re-educate me on the importance of keeping my appointments in order to help keep good strong teeth, I have to say they always make sure that my anxiety level and pain is always taken care of before and during my appointment and any procedures because although I’m in healthcare I still have a phobia with dentists. Great place to start good oral care.

I really liked Dr Moreno. She takes her time to explain you whats going on with your teeth and why you need a filling get done. Office staff is nice and friendly.

The customer service is awesome and they are so good with children. My kids love to go to the dentist! They will turn on a movie while your child is getting their teeth cleaned and give them a pair of sunglasses to wear to shield their eyes from the light. They gave the dental tools cool names such as Mr. Thirsty. I never got this treatment as a child.

I had a very pleasing visit! The hygienist made sure I was comfortable while still getting the job that needed done, done. Dr. Moreno made absolute sure that my fluoride tray fit the best it could and took her time instead of rushing. I will always recommend this office

The dental assistants that ive met are great and knowledgeable. Front desk is quick at checking me in, my wait in lobby is a few minutes. Some of the staff is bilingual/spanish speaking. Great dentist and great customer service!I have been going here since I was 8 years old. Now I take my kids there and they love the themed rooms and the movies the dentists puts for them.

I wish I would of shopped around. Im not sure why I was charged $2500.00 to have teeth removed, then the same place that took my teeth which wasnt moreno family dentistry also took all the benefits so Moreno didnt get paid!?!!? Dont understand the insurance part of any of it and I dont understand why Im still sitting here $3000.00 later w my dentures NOT finished!! My dad was going to go there for implants but I BEGGED him to go elsewhere!!!! Then the top ones are cracking, but cant get their help!! I cry daily wishing I would of went to a better dentist. I felt SCAMMED!!!!! I REGRET GOING TO MORENO FAMILY DENTISTRY!!! 😭😭😭 I wouldnt even give a star but have to put something
