He is professional, personable and charming all wrapped up into one. He is most definitely the backbone of Zafar and what will bring me and my co-workers back in the future. I am a massage therapist and wanted spa treatment for massage and facial. I booked an 80 minute massage and facial special online. I arrived 5 minutes late trying to find the place (could not see sign as a pedestrian). The therapist was about to leave (15 minutes to wait is courtesy). I dont think she was a therapist, touch was ticklish and annoying. I asked her to go deeper and not much changed. She only massaged an hour, skipped the face when asked and forgot about my facial. When asked about it, she gave one to me but almost got facial product in my eyes. She sprayed toner on my face and didnt cover my eyes. I attempted to pay with cash, but she had no change. She ran next dor to get some. She was very nice, but still it was the worst experience ever.

I received the most amazing massage of my life here. Gigi (the owner) was kind, helpful, and made the experience exceptional. I would recommend this spa & boutique to anyone!

I go for the $20 Tuesday massage specials, Ive gone once but I cant wait for my next, they took really good care of me, very friendly, and good to us customers I took my sister she was also satisfied probably wanted more massaging but for $20 it was well worth it, and I also got some boots for $20 and different apparel pieces on clearance it was awesome!!!

Had a couples appointment reserved, and they were a no show.

Went to go buy a gift certificate at 10:45 this morning only to find the doors locked even though it clearly states on the door, website and Google Maps that they are open at 10 AM.When I called to inquire about how to get into the business, the person who answered the phone seemed annoyed that I was trying to spend my money there before noon and rudely asked me to come back at noon when someone would be there.
