Brought my husband here to get his starter locs. His appointment was at 1030 am. First there was two people in the chair when he got there. I left to do something else and he said he was almost done. Got there and they just had him sitting under the dryer burning up not checking on him. One lady said she had been there since 6am. He didnt get finished until 2 from just waiting on them to take out his clips out.!! Will not be coming here ever again.

I called and was quoted $60 ... Keep in mind Ive already informed them what I wanted for my son .. when I showed up they said it would be a hour before they started on his hair and it would be $80 now ... Me being as understanding as I am I agreed because they had to take it down and wash it ... Anyways ... Not even a hour later my son text me saying they said they was wanting $20 more and 15 mins later $30 more ... I told the lady I was already quoted 3 different prices and I already gave her the $80 and she took it so sale is final ... I will never ever ever ever ever everrrrr bring my son back to this place ... And yes the cleannines does need to be better ... Horrible place .. horrible .. service ... Price changes every hour because in my opinion theyre being lazy and dont want to do the work theyve been hired for ...DONT GO HERE

The staff and ownership here started my locs and Ive traveled across the country trying ppl out during my travels to continue to keep my hair beautiful. I have to come all the way back home to Kansas City to get my locs done right. Theyve become family to me and Id recommend their services to ANYONE!!

Small little shop made the experience more personal. She was very friendly and worked very quickly. My husband got cornrows done and they came out looking good. Great hospitality and service was good. Looking forward to coming back again.

Opened the door with no mask on.Dirty shop...greasy chairs...junky shop....old furniture.....I left...I will not spend money in a place doesnt care enough to have a mask on..and doesnt care to clean up the place

I was not happy with my latest experience here. I called earlier that day and asked what time they closed and I was told they were open until the last customer. I arrived after work and I was told my desired style (feed in ponytail) was $100. I was told to go get my own hair. I asked if I could get the price chopped down to at least $80 since I was providing my own hair and was told no. I came back and got started. 3 braids into my head and she told me to pay. I would think like in other shops you pay at the end when the style is complete. She told me to go to the ATM because they didnt take card which I can understand but not even when the style was AT LEAST half complete? I left to the ATM with 3 braids in my hair. Upsetting. When I returned I waited for her to eat. We continued. Halfway through with the style she decides to leave and was gone for 30-45 minutes. And there were so many unnecessary breaks in between after that. A style that shouldnt have taken no more than 2hrs at the most was completed in 4 closer to 5. I wasnt pleased with the fact that I as a customer was put on the burner the entire time and I was the only person in the shop. Never coming back again, and my style only lasted 3 days. Never returning.

Love the way they did my hair just was to big in the back of my head other than that they where nice to me....

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I made an appointment for 11 am this morning for simple corn rolls, something that should have only taken a few hours at the very most and I didnt leave until 5:50 with braids unfinished. I was late to work because of these people. They sat around and ate and laughed and joked around with each other. I was there a full hour with no other customers in the shop before they even started on me. Whatever you do, dont go to these people.

Wanted to give 0stars. I got his braids not even 3weeks ago..... Ive already been there to have 4 replaced which took out my edges. They were rude.... Abt it but did redo my edges. Welllll 2days later 3 more came out so Im taking them down NOW. I bring my own hair and was still charged 150 dollars ....Ola asked for 200!!!!!!!!! Wow for jumbo box braids that fall out 1 or 2 weeks later!!! NEVERRRRRRRAGAIIIIN.

Honestly Ive never had a problem with the level of customer service and was very pleased with the breads but in my hair Mrs. Easter has always treated me with respect

I was told one price on the phone and a different price when I arrivedd. My braids are all different sizes, unraveling and look homemade. Should have just did it myself. I just wanted someone else to do it for once. Waste of money

Olas has the worst customer service ever!!!!! I texted there number to find out a price on braids. They texted back saying theyve already told a price. They said I just answer your question when texted from a different phone. First off why would I text from two different numbers for the same answer. Come on lady have some common sense. The last time I went to them I was there from 10 a.m. to 9p.m. anyway. Yall stink and can barely speak English. So your loss, sorry to say I ever gave yall any type of business.

Terrible experience July 1st. These women are ridiculous. They always steel your hair saying they used it all when Im looking at the bag she cut and pulled and half the bag was right in my face. How bold ! Then it smells, they have roaches and they make no effort to know their customers name or write and track appointments ..Friday the owner gave me 6 ghana braids when I asked for 5. She pulled me hair so tight I HAD TO TAKE DOWN AND NOW I HAVE A BALD SPOT. She said she is willing to refund me. If not. Well have several issues in that lil raggedy building...FIND ANOTHER SHOP. they change prices on you also. Their not that good. Its worth looking elsewhere

First of all, I came here to get my edges re did and I called the day before and they said a estimate of 30. So I got there and they said 60. i came with my hair already taken down and they took down more braids to get more money. Braids that I didnt say take down. I already had my hair tooken down that I wanted done. Then one lady sat down and started eating while she was suppose to be doing my hair. One lady had an attitude because I refused to pay them 60 dollars for just doing one row of my edges front and back! And she was dipping my hair and also pulled my hair being ionry in the process. I seen a roach and I went to use the bathroom and there was no soap to wash my hands. I will NEVER come here again!!!! and Im not even the type to write reviews! But i am today! They highly pissed me off. And I left before I even got all my hair dipped because I couldnt stand being in there presence anymore!
